Yes, we've already fast-forwarded to Selling Cabo. Netflix released Selling the OC season 2 on Friday, September 8, but since the O Group is expanding its horizons into a neighboring country, we can't help but wonder what's next for the brokerage. 

In terms of drama, our cup runneth over thanks to the Newport Beach office's antics: Polly Brindle and Alex Jarvis' fight, Alex Hall and Tyler Stanaland's quasi romance, etc. But with a new office, will there be a new cast, a new country and new turmoil?! Here's everything we know about those spinoff rumors. 

Is 'Selling Cabo' Netflix's next reality TV show?

At the time of publication, there hasn't been any official word that Selling Cabo is in the works at Netflix, despite the ever-growing brokerage and TV franchise. (Selling the OC is a spinoff of Selling Sunset, in case you didn't know.) However, that doesn't mean we're not crossing our fingers for a Cabo-set spinoff. 

In 2022, Jason Oppenheim revealed to My Imperfect Life that he's always looking to expand the real estate firm, so it seems nothing is out of the realm of possibilities. 

"In terms of the Oppenheim Group, I'm always open to another office that might be in the cards but basically slow, steady growth," he said. "I think the main thing is just for every agent to be more productive than the year before. I judge the company based on the success of my agents."

Currently, there are three agents working onsite at the Cabo office, according to the O Group website. Agents from the LA and OC offices are also responsible for selling homes in Cabo—you might recall that Austin Victoria was ready to uproot his family to Mexico to make his mark there—so it's possible we'll hear more about the O Group's growth in Selling the OC season 3. 

Considering there's currently such a small staff in Cabo, it's probably unlikely—at least for now—that there will be a spinoff. If anything, we'd bank on the San Diego office getting time in the spotlight before the new Cabo digs. 

That being said, there's still plenty of excitement surrounding the brokerage's latest venture, particularly when it comes to that $1 billion listing. Oppenheim revealed that California natives are not only interested in buying luxury pads in their home state, but they're eyeing Cabo in particular, which reached the $400-500 million mark in sales in 2020. 

"This year [2022] they’re on pace for over $2 billion in sales," he noted when he brought his staff to the Mexican hotspot. 

Should any news develop, we'll of course keep you posted, but in the meantime, it looks like we'll get lost in the chaos of Orange County. Trust us when we say there's plenty to keep us busy. And, with hope, Selling Sunset season 7 will hit our screens before the year comes to a close.

Is Brett Oppenheim still part of the O Group? 

In Selling Sunset season 6, we see newbie realtors get more time in the spotlight than the head of the business. Heck, even Jeff Lazkani, Chelsea's husband, makes more cameos than Jason's twin! 

So, what's going on, exactly? Should we just count Brett out of Selling Sunset season 7? Here's everything we know. 

Is Brett Oppenheim still on 'Selling Sunset'?

It's a tricky question, but yes, in some capacity, Brett still makes small cameos on Selling Sunset. However, in 2020, he left his brother's company to "start his own brokerage," according to ex-O Group broker, Christine Quinn. (Here's why Christine Quinn left Selling Sunset, if you're curious.) 

For those just tuning in to the series now, Brett Oppenheim is the president and broker of Oppenheim Real Estate, while Jason is the president and founder of the Oppenheim Group. (Yes, we had to re-read this, too.) Both companies are still connected, however, and the brothers do work together in some capacity, so it's not a battle of one Oppenheim twin versus another. In fact, it's a way to carry on the family's legacy, unlike what Christine might've suggested.

According to The Oppenheim Group bio, the company "represents five generations of real estate development, management and brokerage services in Los Angeles. Jacob Stern, Brett and Jason’s great-great-grandfather, was one of the preeminent real estate entrepreneurs of early Los Angeles."

Similarly, Brett's company Oppenheim Real Estate has a similar backstory: "Since its founding in Hollywood in 1889, the Company has been successively renamed and operated by multiple members of the Oppenheim family for five generations. Oppenheim Real Estate is today, one of the oldest and preeminent real estate companies in the United States."

So while we might get more insight into what's happening in Jason's office thanks to Netflix, there's no divide in the brothers' IRL relationship. Jason went as far as to suggest Christine was merely trying to stir up drama between the siblings. 

“I think Christine tried to fan those flames. He's not starting his own brokerage and hiring agents and competing. We're still working together," Jason told the U.K. daytime show, Lorraine, according to our sister site, GoodTo. 

However, that doesn't necessarily mean that working side-by-side with your twin is easy. In an interview with ScreenRant, Brett did confess to a few ups and downs, as we'd expect.

"Working with my brother has its benefits for sure, I can trust him and am incredibly confident in his abilities. However, we are both a bit alpha, which can cause problems," he told the outlet. "Sometimes, we treat each other as brothers instead of professionals, which I am sure any siblings or couples who work together can understand."

So Brett might not be quite as involved in O Group going forward, but he's still a presence in the company, even if we don't see him on screens as often as we used to. But if you are missing him, know that there is plenty of Selling Sunset drama to keep you busy in his absence. In an interview with My Imperfect Life, Jason Oppenheim revealed that he likes to take a back seat to office antics. 

"I've learned to take a step back from trying to solve everything myself," he admitted. "I realize a lot of things solve themselves. A lot of things seem like a big deal upfront, but they end up not being a big deal if you just let them go."

Looks like his employees didn't get the memo! Here's everything that went down this season:

1. Nicole Young and Chrishell Stause

After Chrishell Stause and Jason Oppenheim broke up, the realtor had mixed feelings about returning to the office. Though she and her ex remain on good terms—and both have embarked on new relationships—Nicole Young turned out to be an unexpected roadblock. 

For one, Chrishell had thought Nicole had taken Jason's side during their split and seemingly favored his new romance with Marie-Lou to his courtship with Chrishell. Then, once back in-office, Nicole decided to unearth a three-year-old issue, suggesting that Chrishell had taken credit for her listings. 

But all hell broke loose once the girls decided to embark on a getaway to Palm Springs while Jason was out of town. We didn't need a psychic to tell us this would be a disaster, but we didn't realize how heated things would become when Chrishell accused Nicole of having "something" in her wine glass, alluding to her using drugs. As a result, Nicole left for a drug test and threatened legal action if Chrishell tried to tarnish her professional reputation.

2. Chrishell Stause and Jason Oppenheim

No one said dating a co-worker would be easy, especially if there's a breakup involved. 

Although there's a bit of an awkward vibe between the two at first, and understandably so, we begin to question whether or not Chrishell's heart is truly in her career. In fact, we're wondering if Chrishell leaves the Oppenheim Group to focus on her relationship with musician, G Flip, whom she married in May 2023. 

"I openly admit that I'm not giving my end-all-be-all to this office. I'm not. Even now, I have to be 100% honest with you. I mean, we're here having a very important conversation, but in the back of my head, G is [on tour] in Australia," Chrishell said to Mary Fitzgerald. 

3. Bre Tiesi and Chelsea Lazkani

Newcomer Bre Tiesi makes a statement in the office as one of the mothers of Nick Cannon's 12 children, something self-identified Christian Chelsea Lazkani cannot wrap her head around. 

After Chelsea revealed to her coworkers that Bre had been upset to learn that Nick had fathered another child with someone else, the boxing gloves came on. 

"Who I have children with is my business. I don't need a judge and a jury," Bre told her, among plenty of other things. 

Will these two be able to get on the proper footing? We're not counting on it. (Psst: if you're wondering if Bre Tiesi and Nick Cannon are still together, we have the lowdown on that, too.) 

4. Chelsea Lazkani and Heather Rae El Moussa

Chelsea's not pleased that Heather revealed what Chels had said about Nick Cannon's situation back to Bre, who was OOO when the conversation transpired. Who's the one really stirring the pot here, though?

5. Jason Oppenheim and Mary Fitzgerald

Jason is Europe-bound for three weeks with Marie-Lou, and in his absence, he wants Mary Fitzgerald to take control of "everything." 

This is a seemingly huge responsibility, one that Jason believes his other ex is more than capable of handling. But when things go wrong at the condo they're working on and catty behavior takes center stage, particularly during Palm Springs, Mary has a difficult time keeping things in check. 

6. Emma Hernan and Bre Tiesi

We have a short-lived disgruntlement when Bre suspects Emma Hernan is attempting to snatch away one of her clients, but the Bostonian reveals that she's been friends with said client for years. They had simply been emailing about Emma's empanadas. No biggie! 

7. Amanza Smith and Chrishell Stause

Post-season 6, we learned that Auntie Chrishell, who once had a seemingly close relationship with Amanza Smith and her children, is on the outs. 

According to US Weekly, Amanza blocked her co-worker and took to Instagram to give a little bit of insight. 

"I’ve never given any reason as to why I blocked Chrishell to anyone because I don’t think anyone has asked so far,” Amanza, said on Instagram. “Don’t worry I’m happy to share in due time.”

Yes, Selling Sunset season 6 just hit the market on Friday, May 19, but we're already thinking ahead. In the current installment, we're being treated to a look at Jason Oppenheim and Marie-Lou Nurk's budding relationship, as well as Chrishell and G Flip's. Plus, we're being introduced to new realtors: Nicole Young and Bre Tiesi. But, of course, their arrival is anything but seamless. 

Since each episode only clocks in at 30 minutes, we'll admit that we've gobbled up the real-estate drama fairly quickly and we're curious to know what's next, and if conflicts will be resolved. (Doubtful!)

In June 2022, Chrishell Stause took to Instagram to share the exciting news that she and her co-workers would be getting a sixth and seventh season. 

"CONGRATS to this fun lovable crazy group! #SellingSunset has been officially renewed for seasons 6&7!" she wrote. "Love our dysfunctional family! And THANK YOU everyone for watching and for all the love- and even to those that hate watch us, because that's half the fun of the show anyway honestly-ha!"

Selling Sunset season 6 was filmed in the summer of 2022, but considering we received a sneak peek of what's ahead, what does that mean for the seventh round? According to sources, filming is currently underway at the time of publication and began in early 2023. 

What will 'Selling Sunset' season 7 be about?

At the end of season 6 of the Netflix series, we're treated to a quick teaser for lucky number 7. Although there isn't much in the way of a plot in this trailer, we can confirm extravagant listings and tensions between the realtors—no surprise there. 

For a moment, we wondered if Chrishell Stause was leaving the O Group, considering she admitted to Mary Fitzgerald that her focus was mainly on her new relationship with G Flip at the end of season 6. Even if she steps back in some capacity, her rival with Nicole Young, a former friend and also a former ex of Jason's, only heats up. 

In the season clip, we see them exchange verbal attacks and there are plenty of "f you's" going around among the coworkers, but the focus seems to be on the rocky pair. (If you're curious about what Chrishell and Nicole are fighting about this season, we have all the details.) 

When will 'Selling Sunset' season 7 start streaming?

Although a release date has yet to be announced, as filming is still underway, we suspect that season 7 will likely drop next year. Perhaps, if we're lucky, we'll get a taste of the real estate shenanigans in late 2023. (Past seasons began streaming on Thanksgiving weekend.) As soon as we get the good word from the O Group, you'll definitely get the scoop!

We're all kind of wondering the same thing: does Chrishell Stause leave the Oppenheim Group? Selling Sunset season 6 officially hit Netflix on Friday, May 19, and though the realtor says she's ready to "ring the bell and cash some checks" during the season, it's easy to see that her heart's not fully in it. 

For one, Stause is hesitant to return to the office. After the infamous Chrishell and Jason split, she'd been working from home and wasn't in a rush to be working alongside her ex-slash-boss. Then tensions began brewing with Nicole Young, whom she believed sided with Jason post-breakup. Plus, Chrishell is dating G Flip at the start of the season, and she's all-consumed in their budding romance. 

Does this mean we're going to have a vacancy in the office? Here's why fans are questioning Chrishell's fate.

Does Chrishell Stause leave the Oppenheim Group?

We get particularly suspicious about Chrishell's standing during the final episode of the season when the O Group hosts an open house. Like the rest of the crew, she's enamored with the space but takes a step back from being a proactive seller since she thinks it's priced too high. ($7.5 million, if you're curious.) 

After expressing her concerns to Mary Fitzgerald, who had quite a difficult time keeping track of the office while Jason Oppenheim and his new girlfriend, Marie-Lou Nurk traveled throughout Europe, Chrishell confided in her that she was not as "hungry" as her coworkers. 

"As far as the team goes, I feel like there are people that, you know, they're hungry. And I'd be lying if I said that I'm in that same place right now," she confessed. 

"It's kind of part of being at the Oppenheim Group," Mary retorted. "You have to be hungry. You have to be..."

"I know, but I'm well-fed on other things, so it's hard," Chrishell replied. 

That's when she revealed that she was more focused on her relationship. 

"I openly admit that I'm not giving my end-all-be-all to this office. I'm not. Even now, I have to be 100% honest with you. I mean, we're here having a very important conversation, but in the back of my head, G is [on tour] in Australia," she said. 

Then, matters got more ominous when Jason Oppenheim spoke to Access Hollywood in early June. Though he admits they're in a great place—he and his brother, Brett, recently went out to dinner with Chrishell and G—he is hesitant to comment on where she stands after season 7 (which is already underway for the Netflix production crew). 

"I think that’s gonna be something that has to be addressed with Chrishell. I’m very careful about speaking for anyone else. I will say that I personally very much want Chrishell to continue," he noted.

Is she going to continue working for the brokerage, or will we part ways with her à la Christine Quinn or Vanessa Villela? (Well, we don't see her relationship with the company ever getting to Christine's place, but you get where we're going with this.) 

And now, considering Chrishell and G Flip are married—news that came a week ahead of the season 6 premiere—we have to wonder if she's making her spouse and a potential family the priority. She and Jason broke up over their differences regarding parenthood, so we wouldn't be surprised if she is transitioning to a new chapter in her life. 

Although we do catch Chrishell in snippets of the first look at Selling Sunset season 7, we don't know for certain if she becomes famished like her "hungry" counterparts, Mary Fitzgerald, newcomer Bre Tiesi and pot-stirrer Chelsea Lazkani. Time will tell what happens with season 8 and beyond.

A surprise Selling Sunset cameo is giving viewers a sneak peek into Harry's House—literally. 

Jason Oppenheim and his realtors have returned to Netflix for their sixth installment of the series—which premiered on Friday, May 19—and naturally, that means top-notch listings and celebrity clientele. Minutes into the first episode, Chrishell Stause and Emma Hernan are taking in the panoramic views of Los Angeles from a stunning modern home, wondering if working on this particular project will someway, somehow grant them backstage passes to a certain pop superstar. 

"St. Ives is one of the most impressive, beautiful homes in the Hills," Emma reveals in a confessional. "My client purchased it from him [the singer], and I'm lucky enough to have the listing right now."

So, whose house are they freaking out about?

All about that Harry Styles 'Selling Sunset' cameo

The nearly $8 million home is situated in a grassy, private enclave in West Hollywood, nearly hundreds of shoes were left behind and there was probably some "watermelon sugar in this bed right here," according to Emma. 

That's right folks, our empanada queen is working on the listing for Harry Styles' former L.A. pad. Though there are no traces of the "As It Was" crooner or his fabulous fashion choices left behind—or in the episode, sadly—we could totally envision him setting up shop in this modern oasis. 

The open-concept home boasts panoramic views from Downtown Los Angeles to the ocean and includes a grassy terrace, a balcony from the master bedroom, a gourmet kitchen and a gorgeous pool and hot tub, to name just a few perks. What's more, the "mature greenery" mentioned in the listing is enough to not only spice up the space but keep watchful eyes out.

Naturally, Chrishell and Emma start scheming on how this listing could somehow lead them to Harry and suggest that perhaps finding a few shoes is the secret to getting a meet-and-greet. The ladies do have accessories to return something to Harry, after all. 

But we soon realize that Emma is not the only Oppenheim Group realtor who is dealing with celebrities (in her case, former homes of celebs). We do get an actual cameo from rapper Saweetie, who is working alongside cast newcomer Bre Tiesi. The two, who have been friends for years, find a gorgeous, modern $8 million home, but the rapper still needs her mom's take on the space—and an added stripper pole in the basement—before she can consider signing on the dotted line. 

Even just five minutes into the new batch of episodes, we can already tell plenty awaits fans—Harry's house is proof.

We catch a glimpse of their budding romance, but are Chrishell and G Flip still together after Selling Sunset season 6? 

The new season has officially arrived on Netflix, and we witness a new chapter in the realtor's life unfold. "People think I'm having a midlife crisis, but I'm having an awakening," she insists in the season trailer. 

Since Chrishell and Jason split, she announced her new romance with the Australian musician during the Selling Sunset season 5 reunion, and it wasn't necessarily what fans were expecting. In between the well wishes and thumbs up, the two experienced backlash, but where do they stand now?

Are Chrishell and G Flip still together?

Though it might not be what fans—or the couple—had expected, Chrishell and G Flip are in it for the long haul. A week ahead of the season 6 premiere, Chrishell took to Instagram to share a milestone in their relationship: they're actually married! (And G Flip released a new song about their love, "Be Your Man.")

"Love doesn’t always go as planned…Sometimes it’s immeasurably better," Stause wrote alongside a carousel of photos, which ended with them kissing at an altar. "If you ever get the pleasure of meeting G, know that you are meeting one of the kindest, funniest & most talented hard working people out there."

Judging from the few images on Stause's photo grid and in her Instagram Stories, the two wed in Las Vegas and even had the pleasure of celebrating the occasion with an Elvis impersonator. Throughout season 6, we notice the couple growing stronger, and despite Stause's hesitation to return to the office after her breakup with Jason, things go fairly smoothly (minus her back-and-forth with Nicole Young). She evens meets new girlfriend Marie-Lou Nurk.

But as each episode progresses, we see Stause growing concerned for G's two-month tour in Australia, which will take place all while she's back in L.A. Her head's not really in the real estate game, and we are left wondering if she does in fact join G abroad and take a little breather from work. 

Well, judging by her Instagram feed, she did make it to Australia in late November, probably shortly after the cast wrapped season 6. (We dug deep to get the detailed timeline of when Selling Sunset season 6 was filmed.) In fact, she spent Christmas Down Under and returned to LA in January, likely to start filming Selling Sunset season 7. 

Now, after acting as Instagram super sleuths, we noticed that the two newlyweds are enjoying this new chapter of their lives (even if there's a bit of drama on-screen). In an exclusive interview with People, the couple revealed that they had  their wedding vows tattooed, a move Stause revealed to be "so us." 

For her part, G Flip insists she's smitten. 

"It feels pretty normal to me... it's great finding someone that you just wanna spend every second with and this... Makes you happier. And Chrishell's just f------ so awesome. I just love her so much," they said to People. "She's so beautiful and such a ray of light in my life."

How did Chrishell and G Flip meet?

Stause was actually the star of G Flip's 2021 music video, "Get Me Outta Here" and they ran into one another at a Halloween party. Though Stause initially turned the singer down and apologized because she was straight, a kiss changed the trajectory. 

Now, the two are officially married, and it seems like they're definitely thinking about what's ahead. Stause was even thinking about the future during the season 5 reunion in 2022. 

“I, you know, had this serious relationship [with Jason] and obviously, I am hoping to have a family but I’ve also taken some of the pressure off myself as far as what that looks like,” she revealed during the sit-down. 

We don't know what's next for the two, but we'll find out when the next season drops. Congrats to the newlyweds!

Selling Sunset season 6 is now streaming on Netflix.

Christine Quinn teased a battle of the brokerages for Selling Sunset season 6, but Vanessa Villela might be the one to actually make that happen in the near future—not the ousted office villainess. 

Villela, an O Group staffer notably absent from the latest season of the Netflix series, has left the famed business for real estate pastures new...at the company's rival, The Agency. 

"I am super excited to be back at The Agency," she told People in an exclusive interview. "It's where my career started so it feels extremely good to be back. It feels like home. I am surrounded by incredible top agents — successful and collaborative people who work like a family. I know that I'm in the right place."

Well, we know there's some bitterness with Christine's Selling Sunset departure, but is Vanessa also on the outs with Jason Oppenheim and co.? (And no, it looks like we won't be getting Christine Quinn's RealOpen vs. the Oppenheim Group.)  

Why did Vanessa Villela leave the O Group?

Although it seems like a questionable move, Vanessa assured People that she left O Group simply to spread her wings and pursue new adventures. There is no bad blood between her and our beloved luxury real estate agents. 

"I know that this is where I have to be to succeed in real estate. It felt right, I always missed them. I feel in my heart it's where I belong. The minute I walked in, everyone welcomed me so beautifully," she further revealed to People. 

And it looks like she's starting off strong, as she's secured a $25 million listing—no easy feat. Let's just hope that she isn't involved in any office rivalries à la Bre Tiesi and Chelsea Lazkani. 

Will Vanessa Villela appear on 'Buying Beverly Hills'?

The Oppenheim brothers definitely have some competition in Mauricio Umansky's The Agency, especially considering it's the subject of a new Netflix reality series, Buying Beverly Hills, which premiered in 2022. 

"My biggest real estate flex is growing The Agency into an internationally recognized brand while revolutionizing the industry, transforming the way we buy and sell real estate and fostering fresh talent and growth amongst our agents," he told House Beautiful last year. 

And it looks like he's succeeded TV-wise, too, as Buying Beverly Hills will get a second season. Does that mean Villela will appear on our screens once more—even if it's a different real estate reality show?

"I didn't come back for that reason, but you have to watch next season to see what happens," she teased to People.

Looks like there's plenty happening in the Los Angeles luxury real estate market. We can't wait to tag along to see what happens.

Jason Oppenheim and his, ahem, interesting love life are back for Selling Sunset season 6— but do you know just how many of his part girlfriends work at the O Group?

After all, it's no surprise he has a rule for keeping in touch with exes. "I know that a lot of people find it unique or maybe different or odd but I find the idea of not being friends with an ex odd," he told My Imperfect Life in 2022. "What I find odd is how you love someone and wake up next to someone and spend a period of your life with someone and you don't remain in their lives in a loving and supportive way."

Well, it's a good thing he has such a positive take on how to get over a breakup, considering he remains in very close quarters with his exes. In fact, a few of them are his employees...

Jason Oppenheim girlfriends: a look at the realtor's romances

Marie-Lou Nurk

Twenty years Oppenheim's junior, German model Marie-Lou Nurk was approached by the realtor in Greece in 2022—coincidentally, a special place he shares with ex, Chrishell Stause, whom he had split with several months prior. 

Despite the age gap and distance, Nurk and Oppenheim have been going strong ever since. In fact, in 2023, the two now share a home together in L.A., though she still splits her time between the U.S. and France. 

"Long distance relationships can be tough, but we're both committed to making it work," Nurk wrote on Instagram, according to People. "While it's not always easy, we both believe that our love is worth the effort."

Shortly after Selling the OC premiered to much praise—speaking of which Selling the OC season 2 is a go—Oppenheim opened up to People about the ease he feels with Nurk.

"I'm more open to being a husband than I am a father right now," he says. "I like the idea that there's no pressure, or a thought about having to have a child with Lou. So it just makes it easy for us."

Chrishell famously dated her boss—something Christine Quinn famously did not approve of—for a brief time in 2020-2021. However, their goals weren't in line in terms of family, and she chose not to pursue a relationship with a partner who wasn't invested in having children. Ultimately, Chrishell and Jason broke up. 

"I very much one day hope to have a family and decisions I make at this point are with that goal in mind," Stause wrote in a lengthy Instagram post about their breakup.

Mary Fitzgerald (now Bonnet)

Oppenheim has a knack for finding good employees...and romance. Though he and O Group vet Mary Fitzgerald, who's now married to Romain Bonnet, dated for roughly a year, and even lived together, they still remain on good terms. 

And you can tell they share a close bond—so much so that Oppenheim left her in charge of the office for three weeks while on vacation, something we see play out disastrously in the new season.

Jason and Brett Oppenheim (Aries)

• Birthday: April 13

We thought it'd be fitting to start with the head honchos, Jason and Brett, who built this empire. Are we really surprised that the twins are a fire sign?

"When it comes to an Aries—in any industry—they are ambitious and eager to take the lead. In fact, as the 'leader' of the zodiac—the first zodiac sign of all—they think it is their birthright," Thomas says. "They’re unafraid of being assertive, laying down the law, and setting out on a mission for conquest."

Interestingly enough, as assertive as Jason Oppenheim might be in the business, there's one place where he likes to lay low: in the drama. 

"I've learned to take a step back from trying to solve everything myself," he told My Imperfect Life when speaking about office nonsense. "I realize a lot of things solve themselves. A lot of things seem like a big deal upfront, but they end up not being a big deal if you just let them go."

Looks like he pivoted those "big deals" over to Mary this season during his absence. But the time off was likely called for—and encouraged for the intense fire sign.

"Even if you get them mad or fire up their competitive energy, they’re also down for a good laugh and celebration when the moment calls for it," Thomas says of Aries.

Chrishell Stause (Cancer)

• Birthday: July 21 

Given that Chrishell and Jason broke up because they didn't see eye-to-eye on parenting, something that was not negotiable for her, we're not surprised that her tendencies as a Cancer led her to wanting to be around those she loves. 

"In astrology, Cancer rules the home and domesticity. This also means they have a natural eye for what may feel and ultimately be comfy," Thomas says of Cancers. 

She settled down and tied the knot with G Flip, and we're definitely curious to see what happens next for the two newlyweds. 

Emma Hernan (Capricorn)

• Birthday: December 29

"Not only will they strategically try to work their team and the people around them, but they want to “play the game” with their clients, too," Thomas says of Caps. 

This is especially true of realtor and self-starter Emma Hernan. (Have you tried of Emma's empanadas?) 

"Capricorns love money and success and will sacrifice a fleeting victory to ultimately build a legacy and foundation that they are proud of," Thomas adds. 

Bre Tiesi (Taurus)

• Birthday: May 4

Bre is excited to venture into the O Group territory but make no mistake, she's not here to make friends.  

"Tauruses tend to be good-natured and sweet, but will certainly hold a grudge if someone wastes their time—or pushes their buttons," Thomas says. "After trust has been lost, a Taurus has no problem smiling to your face before you turn and they decide to stampede you into the ground."

Chelsea, looks like you're going to need to do quite a bit to get back in Bre's good graces.

Nicole Young (Sagittarius)

• Birthday: December 21

"Sagittarians are carefree, tremendously charming, and like to live life lavishly—but when it comes to courting the spotlight, they want 'more more more'," Thomas notes. 

If you ask Chrishell, this is definitely true. She and Nicole are at war currently over listings, degrading accusations and their reputations. But at the end of the day, is there beef with one another over their screen time?

Thomas adds that the fire sign has a way with working the camera—and the people they meet—but it looks like there is an exception in this case!

Chelsea Lazkani (Aquarius)

• Birthday: January 26

"They like to intellectualize all of their forward-thinking plans and consider how they can play the game to appease their clients," Thomas says. "As an Air sign, they are also tremendously social and have a knack for making people relate to them by seeming unique, but also simultaneously down to earth."

Well, we do agree with this sentiment, but we're a little suspicious about the whole "down-to-earth" bit...  

Mary Fitzgerald (Leo)

• Birthday: July 29

Mary's passionate about her job, and it shows. "With a taste for opulence, beauty and entertaining people, they often bring a dazzling flair to whatever industry they are in—but especially luxury real estate," Thomas says. "Leos are hungry for attention—but are also one of the luckiest zodiac signs of all for courting it naturally."

We'll argue that this natural courting of attention did not bode terribly well for Mary this season, particularly when she was asked to manage the chaos in Jason's absence.

Heather Rae El Moussa (Virgo)

• Birthday: September 16

Hard-working and caring, a Virgo is always a good sign to have in your corner.

"They take a grounded, practical, and kind-hearted approach to connecting with others," Thomas says. "Obviously, as an Earth sign, they tend to be one of the hardest working zodiac signs, too."

Heather does seemingly get along with everyone in the office—even opposing parties—and she claims she doesn't want to stir up the drama, but Chelsea might disagree on a few instances. 

Amanza Smith (Sagittarius)

• Birthday: December 12

"Their natural sense of humor and relaxed attitude often lets them come across as the 'cool one' while underneath it all they do secretly want to win," Thomas notes of Sags. 

Amanza is definitely the essence of "cool," but she's had a lot to deal with and even makes a huge confession to Mary towards the end of the season (not to mention all the previous drama with her missing ex-husband, Ralph Brown). Despite it all, she still manages to stay strong, and we love it.

Maya Vander (Pisces)

• Birthday: March 12

Maya's a bit elusive this season, but Thomas does take note of her ways as a Pisces.

"They are the most sensitive of the zodiac signs, but also tend to be the most intuitive, too," Thomas says. "They’ll know how to play the game but often can do it in the shadows, almost like planting “telepathic thoughts” in your brain."

This definitely checks out for the quiet Maya...who has some big news of her own!

Romain Bonnet (Gemini)

• Birthday: June 18

"[Geminis] are famous for their persuasive wit and tact and are by far the best salespeople in astrology," Thomas says. "Even if someone is uncertain about a sale, drama, or plan, a Gemini can come in and literally on the spot spin a web with their words and mannerisms."

Christine Quinn (Libra)

Smart, cutthroat and dramatic all define our infamous realtor. Though Christine Quinn has left Selling Sunset, we couldn't help but do a deep dive into her traits. (We kind of thought she'd be a fire sign, truth be told.) 

"Ruled by Venus, [Libras] have innate charm, salesmanship and diplomacy, and tend to nail a deal through an intellectual approach but also hitting to the heart," Thomas says. "They are social and sweet, on a good day, but intensely dramatic and emotional if they are triggered.

At first glance, it might seem as if he's simply tagging along on his wife's outing, but did you know that he was actually the one who met the O Group leader first? Who is Chelsea Lazkani’s husband, Jeff?

Jeff is a 40-year-old California native and a University of San Diego alumn who now works as the managing partner for Icon Media Direct, a business of "strategists, media planners, negotiators, data scientists, and visionaries."

Who is Jeff Lazkani's mother?

Nancy Lazkani was a single mother, but in 2000, she managed to found a media company, Icon Media Direct, a.k.a. the one where her son has spent his career thus far. The two seemingly share a close relationship, but Jeff tends to keep family details private. During another season six cameo, he did make mention of drop off at pre-school for his daughter, though we don't get a look inside their family this go-around.

How did Chelsea Lazkani meet her husband?

Eleven years between them, Chelsea and Jeff crossed paths in 2015, and the rest was history. At the time, Chelsea had been visiting Cali from the U.K. Two years later, they were man and wife, and then two years after that, they welcomed their son Maddox Ali Lavon, followed by their daughter, Melia Iman.

Chelsea confessed how her short US trip turned into forever on—where else—Instagram. "Almost two years ago, I came to Los Angeles for what was meant to be a short break. I stayed because I fell in love. It was the best decision I've ever made," she wrote alongside a professional photo.

When she received her real estate license in 2017, she had been a Selling Sunset fan and turned to her hubby for help scoring a spot at the Oppenheim Group office. 

"I knew Jason through my husband and I said to him, “What do I have to do?” You kind of see how it played out on screen. I wasn’t sure whether I was going to get in or not," she told Vogue. 

Overall, everything seemed to work out swimmingly. Not only did this connection via Jeff lead to a job and a reality show, but an opportunity for Chelsea to represent other Black women in the field. 

"I knew going into this experience, like every other experience in my life, that if I’m going to represent, I want to represent in the best way possible, and that is being strong, confident, and opinionated, even when I don’t feel like it, because my voice is going to be used as the voice for everybody who looks like me. I’m not doing this just for myself," she further revealed to Vogue.

Selling Sunset season 6 hit Netflix on Friday, May 19, and it didn't take long for tensions to flair between the realtors, though their slow-burn fight all started with a three-year-old listing. Nothing like holding onto a grudge!

As the season progresses, Pandora's Box is ripped open and things only get worse between the two. Is there hope for Chrishell Stause and newbie Nicole Young, who were once friends? We're not holding our breath.

What's going on between Chrishell and Nicole? 

After a brief office hiatus following her split from boss Jason Oppenheim, Chrishell returns to the Oppenheim Group L.A. locale to ring the bell and cash some checks, but along the way, she encounters a few hurdles with Nicole. 

Turns out Nicole is upset that Chrishell took credit for a listing she sold three years ago when Jason included Chrishell in the deal. Nicole (who was also one of Jason's girlfriends and even calls herself the O.G.—Original Girlfriend) says on the show that she thinks Jason included Chrishell in the deal because he had a 'thing' for her at the time. 

The problem? Chrishell was still married to Justin Hartley then and she does not like the accusation of being too friendly with her boss while she was in a relationship. In fact, both Chrishell and Jason say several times that nothing was happening between them at the time. 

Then, things boil over during an open house when they sit beachside to discuss said listing. 

"I'll call you a b****. You are a bitch and you've been a bitch," Chrishell says before storming off. "I get it but I'm done giving you your moment."

The issues are left unresolved, and things only escalate when Nicole shows her support for Jason's new flame, Marie-Lou Nurk, a.k.a. the woman she's hoping will be "the future Mrs. Oppenheim," according to an alleged Instagram birthday shout-out.

To make matters even more confusing, Chrishell also reveals she did not get a commission for that deal. So, dear reader, we were left wondering exactly what the issue was...

What happened in Palm Springs between Nicole and Chrishell? 

Against their better judgment, the O Group ladies took time off to bond with one another in Palm Springs, a relaxing getaway that turned into a disaster of epic proportions—particularly when Chrishell alleged that Nicole was on drugs over dinner. 

In the middle of her vacation, Nicole went to take a drug test to clear up any confusion and threatened to take legal action if the disparaging remarks continued. Overall, everyone needed a vacation from their vacation. 

What did Chrishell post about Nicole?

When Selling Sunset season 6 was filmed, Chrishell took to Instagram Stories to throw some shade at an anonymous co-star. We suspected that her remarks were geared toward one of the O Group newbies, either Nicole or Bre Tiesi, but we're leaning more toward the latter given what goes down between the two.

"The thirst for camera time on season 6 is real. Wow. That was insanity," Chrishell wrote on Stories, in addition to a long list of negativity. "Get your 15 minutes girl, but leave my business out of it," the rant continued. 

Then, during an interview at the 2022 People's Choice Awards, one in which Chrishell stated she was "on the sauce", she admitted she was most disappointed with Nicole in season six and called her the "thirstiest" of the group. Mystery solved. 

Well, in a surprise that we didn't see coming, Christine actually said recently that she and Chrishell could be close to reconciliation—so perhaps there's hope for her and Nicole?

"I feel like Chrishell and I are actually not on bad terms. We really aren't. I told her on Twitter, I said, 'I'm open to reconciliation.' And she hearted it, and there was like a cute little convo. So, who knows what the future holds?", the former O Group employee revealed during an E! News episode in May 2023.

 We'll have to wait for Selling Sunset season 7 to find out...

There's a new face on Selling Sunset season six: Marie-Lou Nurk. 

The two lovebirds are continuing to grow in their relationship, and now she's even stepping into her beau's professional territory and Netflix series. Though she is not joining the ever-growing list of O Group realtors—like newbies Bre Tiesi and Nicole Young—she did close the deal on boss Jason Oppenheimer's heart and joined as a SO, following in Romain Bonnet and Jeff Lazkani's footsteps. 

"Unfortunately, I couldn't prepare for it because the production was already planned. But on a reality show, it's actually better not to think too much about it so it's not unnatural," she told Vogue Germany. 

She's used to being in front of the cameras on the catwalk, but dipping into reality TV was a little trickier—and we can't imagine the intimidating O Group ladies being the easiest to mingle with. 

"There are always not only positives, but negative aspects, when one lives out in the open. Whether it's on social media, in the press or on TV, one is much more quickly judged," she added. 

So, who is Marie-Lou and how did the lovebirds meet? 

How did Jason and Marie Lou meet?

Seven months after Jason and Chrishell broke up, the realtor was traveling in Mykonos, Greece, in 2022 with his twin brother, Brett. That's when he stumbled upon Marie-Lou and took an interest. Though he asked her out to dinner, she was a bit hesitant about the first date. 

"I asked her to dinner the next day," Jason told People. "She said yes, but then an hour before dinner, she's like, 'Is it cool if my friends come?' I'm like, "Ah."

In the new season of Selling Sunset, Jason reveals more about the moment they met while at dinner with Mary and Romain, saying they were at Scorpios in Mykonos when he spotted her. 

"We were at the restaurant. I caught him staring at me and I was like 'yeah he's cute actually'", Marie-Lou revealed.  

Mary then asks if it was love at first sight, to which Jason responds: "Definitely infatuation at first sight." Aw, you guys! 

Who is Marie-Lou Nurk?

Maire-Lou Nurk is a German model based in Paris who works with both the Marilyn Agency NY and Mega Model Agency, according to her Instagram bio. A love of fashion and travel is evident on her grid. Additionally, per ScreenRant, she works as a business and brand strategist for various fashion brands. She holds a degree in economics and studied in Germany. 

In addition to her Parisian residence, it's now been revealed that she's also based in Los Angeles, California, where she shares a condo with Jason. 

"It's an amazing apartment," she told People. "It's bright, the view on the hills is insane."

Though Jason clearly has a handle on real estate, Marie-Lou was not entirely convinced that he was well-versed in interior design. 

"We did have a huge fight over a couple of velvet chairs," she further revealed to the outlet. "Huge, brown velvet chairs. I don't like them at all!"

How old is Marie-Lou Nurk?

When we catch up with everyone at the beginning of season six, Marie-Lou Nurk is 25 to Jason's 45—and she actually makes a trip to the O Group office on her birthday. Considering Selling Sunset season six was filmed between August and November and she's introduced early on (before she goes back to Europe with Jason for another trip), we'd guess her birthday is sometime in August.

Did Chrishell and Marie-Lou meet?

Taking a look at Jason's relationship timeline, you'll realize that he has a knack for dating his employees, most recently Chrishell Stause (we listed all of Jason's girlfriends so you don't have to). Though the two remain on good terms, there was definitely an underlying feeling of anxiousness introducing the two, but both parties were cordial. (We can't say the same for Chrishell and Nicole, but that's neither here nor there.) 

Ultimately, they parted ways because Chrishell was thinking about getting married and starting a family, which wasn't on Oppenheim's radar...yet.

It's clear where she stands in the real estate industry but are Bre Tiesi and Nick Cannon together?

"I mean business. I'm about my business. I'm here to f*** s*** up," she says in the Selling Sunset season 6 date announcement. What's not so clear is where she stands with Nick Cannon, the father of her soon-to-be one-year-old son, Legendary. Are the two together? Do they just co-parent? The rapper has 12 children with six women, and fans of the Netflix series are trying to figure out where Tiesi stands in the mix. (And so is a certain fellow co-worker.) 

Last year while appearing on the The Know For Sure podcast, Tiesi assured listeners that she is not in a cult and "everything is respectful, everything is honest" with the family she's started with Cannon. So what does this mean for the two? 

Are Bre Tiesi and Nick Cannon together?

Everyone's curious if Bre and Nick are pursuing something romantic since welcoming a son into the world in 2022 but the truth? Well, it's complicated.

"Him and I have had our on-and-off for years," Tiesi told Daily Pop in March 2022. "And I just respect and love who he is so much as a person, that when I thought about, 'Do I want my son to be this person? Look at your characteristics, look at your personality, look at how you treat people.'"

She's not referring to Cannon as a partner or a boyfriend—but definitely not her sugar daddy, which she makes clear. It seems at this time, the relationship is undefined, but they're seemingly on good terms and happy raising their son together.

Despite said good terms, as far as we can tell, Selling Sunset cast member Chelsea Lazkani (who seems to have a very stable relationship with her husband, Jeff Lazkani) butts heads with Bre during season six for not understanding her relationship situation, to which Bre says. "Who I have children with is my business. I don't need a judge and a jury."

When was 'Selling Sunset' season 6 filmed? 

We put our detective caps' on and figured out Selling Sunset filming took place in late 2022, starting in August and wrapping up in mid-November.

How do we know? Well, shortly after the first-ever Selling Sunset reunion in 2022, Chrishell took to Instagram to announce that seasons 6 and 7 were greenlit, and that filming would kickstart in summer 2022. 

"CONGRATS to this fun lovable crazy group! #SellingSunset has been officially renewed for seasons 6&7! Filming on season 6 begins this summer," she wrote on Instagram in June 2022. 

But we also tracked down some of the events referenced on the show and cross-checked them with our favorite realtors' social media posts...

Bre is six weeks postpartum

In the very first episode of the show, we're introduced to newcomer Bre Tiesi, who had recently welcomed her first child with Nick Cannon. She meets Heather for coffee before meeting the rest of the girls at the office and she tells Heather her son is six weeks old. Given he was born on June 28 (Bree documented her home birth on Youtube and shared the birth date), this would place their coffee meet at some point around August 9—before Chelsea had much to say about Bre and Nick Cannon's relationship...

Davina is at Burning Man

In episode three, the Oppenheim ladies meet at a Manhattan Beach property for Chelsea's first solo brokers' open. Davina misses out and Nicole says she's not attending because she's at Burning Man. 

In 2022, Burning Man happened between 28 August and 5 September, so the brokers' open was filmed around that time. Mary also reveals Jason left for his European trip that day.

Jason's European getaway with Marie-Lou

Jason is noticeably absent from the office (and all hell breaks loose) because he goes back to Europe with Marie-Lou (the two met in Mykonos earlier in the summer). Like we mentioned above, Mary reveals he left for his trip sometime around the end of August and he posted pictures from his stop in Berlin on September 6, and later in Paris on September 17.

Chelsea reveals to some of the ladies in the office that Bre found out about Nick's ninth child while they were out after Heather's birthday dinner. Onyx Ice Cole Cannon was born on September 14, 2022, and Nick shared the news on his Instagram page the following day, so that's probably when that scene was filmed.

Heather's pregnancy in general is a good way to figure out when the show was filmed (thank you little Tristan Jay!) but in episode 10, we see most of the girls at her baby shower. 

The new mom posted pictures from on baby shower on November 13, referencing the shower as happening 'yesterday', which places the filming for that episode on and/or around November 12.

Chrishell jets off to Australia

In the final episode, we see Mary and Chrishell having a heart-to-heart conversation at the brokers' open for Jason's penthouses, which happened on October 25 according to Mary's Instagram post.

Chrishell actually did fly to Australia on November 21, so that probably would have been after filming wrapped up.

Selling Sunset season 6 is officially on the way and with it, two new glamourous real estate agents—one of whom is no stranger to the spotlight. Meet Bre Tiesi, the O-Group's latest member looking to snag those multi-million dollar listings...

While OG castmember, Christine Quinn won't be returning—she announced she was leaving Selling Sunset after season 5—the hit reality show has gained two new faces, with Bre and fellow newbie, Nicole Young set to join the likes of Brett and Jason Oppenheim, Chrishell Stause and Emma Hernan in the silver-desk filled LA office.

And while Bre might be new to the Netflix show, she's by no means a rookie to the real estate or fame game. For all you Selling Sunset fans out there, here's everything you need to know about Bre—from her former career to her relationship with Nick Cannon...

Who is Bre Tiesi?

Starting with the basics, Bre Tiesi is a 31-year-old model turned real estate agent, who also fronts her own fitness program and has appeared in a number of TV shows, including Wild n' Out.

Bre is also a mom! She welcomed her first child, a baby boy called Legendary Love, in July 2022. She shares her son with actor and comedian, Nick Cannon.

As for her real-estate résumé, Bre previously worked for Keller Williams Beverly Hills before joining the Oppenheim Group, so she's definitely no stranger to the lavish listings of LA—so we're guessing she'll fit right on in with the rest of the Oppeheim gang.

On her move from modeling to real estate, Bre told People Magazine: "I wanted to transition out of modeling and start setting myself up for a long-term career.

"I started taking it more seriously and tapping into my network, and that's when I started making some high-figure sales. As amazing as modeling was, as an industry for me, I was just kind of over it. You know, I'm 31 now. So I'm like, it's time to be a big girl!"

From what we can tell from Selling Sunset's trailer, Bre is set to be a fiery addition to the group, as she declared in the teaser: "I mean business. I'm about my business. I'm here to f*ck this shit up." Roll on season 6 already!

Is Bre Tiesi dating Nick Cannon?

While it's unclear if the pair are currently dating, Bre told EOnline, following her pregnancy announcement in 2022, that she and Nick have been 'on-and-off for years,' adding that they have a "beautiful relationship [where] everything is so supportive and positive."

Bre continued: "I just respect and love who he is so much as a person, that when I thought about, 'Do I want my son to be this person? Look at your characteristics, look at your personality, look at how you treat people...' That's what is so much more important to me than anything. And he treats me amazing, so that's all I look at." 

Nick Cannon is famously father to 12 children; twins Monroe and Moroccan (who he shares with Mariah Carey), Golden Sagon and Powerful Queen—with model Brittany Bell—twins Zion Mixolydian and Zillion Heir with Abby De La Rosa, Legendary Love, whom he shares with Brei, and Onyx Ice Cole with LaNisha Cole. There's no shortage of drama on Selling Sunset, but Amanza Smith's story is truly unthinkable. 

Though Jason Oppenheim's new relationship and lots of fresh drama are all selling points in season six, we can't help but think back to the O Group's first foray into reality TV and wonder what became of Smith's marriage. 

In 2019, less than a week after dropping his children off from school, NFL alumnus Ralph Brown, Smith's ex, disappeared without a trace. Smith alleged that she received a letter from Brown on September 1, 2019 that stated: "My situation isn’t good right now. I can’t financially take care of the children. It’s not safe for them to be with me. You need to keep them until my situation changes."

Has the situation changed? Has Ralph Brown returned to his family? Here's what we know about the mysterious and heartbreaking situation. 

Amanza Smith, ex husband Ralph Brown: what you need to know

Though Smith claimed to have made countless attempts to determine Brown's whereabouts, they were to no avail. 

She tried to reach his family members on numerous occasions, and she had subsequently been blocked. In season 4 of Selling Sunset, Amanza hired a private investigator to locate Brown, which is when she discovered that he had signed papers relinquishing all custody of the children. She has since gained full custody as of 2021. 

According to 2019 court papers obtained by US Weekly, Brown stated: "In 2010, my NFL career ended and my mental and physical pain from playing football for 21 years of my life was already causing me great pain. While I was married to Ms. Smith I had multiple physical and mental breakdowns in tears of pain and anguish in front of Ms. Smith stating that I did not know what was wrong with me because I felt my physical extremities, body and cognitive abilities were seeming to atrophy extensively."

What happened to Ralph Brown?

Brown began his career playing college football at the University of Nebraska and ended up being the 140th overall pick in the 2000 NFL draft before being selected by the New York Giants. He played for them from 2000 to 2004, playing all 16 games in 2002, which was his best year with the team. He then moved on to play for the Cleveland Browns, Arizona Cardinals and Minnesota Vikings, at which point things started to go downhill.

Ralph retired from the NFL in 2010 and, per Smith, paid child support for a year and a half before suspending his payments. In the court documents, he further stated that he had no money, was forced to leave his apartment, slept in his car and had to borrow money to support his kids. 

"My finances were disappearing so fast, food was scarce, my physical body was worn out and I couldn’t catch up to the days. But I continued because I was trying to be a father and even though my disability funds were disappearing which was my only income," he wrote. 

Amanza Smith and Ralph Brown's relationship 

Ralph and Amanza welcomed their first child, daughter Noah in 2009 and got married in July 2010. The following year, they welcomed another child, son Braker, in 2011. However, that is where the happy ending ended for the couple as they got divorced after two years of marriage.

Amanza explained to Entertainment Tonight in 2020: "When we got divorced, I was adamant that we have 50/50 [custody] because I’m not that kind of person that would ever want my kids to never see their father as much as they see me."

It was after the divorce that Amanza said Ralph began to disappear for long periods of time but would always return. But in August 2019, he didn’t. Amanza told E! News: "As of today, August 26, 2020, it is exactly one year since my children have seen their father. He dropped them off at school last August 26, 2019, and we have not heard from him since."

Though Smith had filed a missing police report, he was not considered as such because there were no signs of foul play. His message to her on September 1, 2019—where he insisted the children were not safe with him—also led authorities to the decision not to designate Brown as a missing person.

Ralph Brown's claims

Ralph claimed to the court: “Being a parent has been the hardest thing because of the ages of the kids since 2012 when I filed for divorce. I cannot walk or stand for too long or my knees and or lower back will start to hurt very bad.

He continued: "The extensive pain in my injuries has been so overwhelming I have not wanted to get out of bed at times and do anything for several years. I’ve struggled with depression for many years after my retirement due to this continuous pain."

The result of his departure caused Amanza put her children in therapy. In a recent interview with People, she noted: "Braker is angry, and Noah is sad."

Does Amanza have a new boyfriend?

Amanza seems to currently be single. She was dating Dutch soccer star Ryan Babel for nearly three years, keeping their relationship on the DL, but the two went their separate ways in late 2022.

A rep confirmed to The Sun US: "She is currently single. Nonetheless, Amanza has had a great year and is leaving 2022 with some massive positivity for her and her two kiddos.

“She has worked closely with Glad this year on a campaign and has also been working with Eden + Ellie on a beautiful campaign, Spirit of Place, she designed. In addition, she’s on the board of Fashwire and they have some exciting things coming up. She also has some really exciting secret projects in the works that we can’t wait to share."

Earlier that year, Amanza spoke about her relationship with US Weekly: "I’m still in the same relationship I’ve been in for about two and a half years now, and we’ve remained very low-key. Everyone on the cast knows him and has met him. He’s spent time with Jason [Oppenheim] and the boys and everybody."

There were also rumors of Zac Efron and Amanza Smith dating but she assured us that it was not true. (They had just posed for a photo at an event.)

Selling Sunset season 6 deserves some real estate in your streaming queue.  

After a particularly disastrous spring—including the delayed Love Is Blind live reunion and the cancellation of Bling Empire—Netflix is trying to win us back with an enticing new season of O Group drama, and we'll admit, we're intrigued. 

The streaming company just revealed that Jason Oppenheim and co. are back to make sales and stir the pot in a new installment, which is arriving on our screens at long last. Though a famous face will be noticeably absent, expect the rest of the realtors to keep the drama coming in ample supply—just like those luxury listings. 

What will 'Selling Sunset' season 6 be about?

Mark your calendars for Friday, May 19: new and returning Selling Sunset cast members are about to stir the pot in the California real estate industry. Did you really expect anything less from the dynamic Oppenheim Group employees? 

Plus, we'll have a look at new relationship dynamics from the realtors, including Christine Stause and boss, Jason Oppenheim. Though Stause and Oppenheim entered a short-lived romance in 2021, the two have moved on to new partners, Australian musician G-Flip and Marie-Lou Nurk, respectively. (In fact, Chrishell and G Flip just got married!) 

Oppenheim spoke to My Imperfect Life in summer 2022, shortly after Selling The OC premiered, and was not shy about dishing out relationship advice.

"I know that a lot of people find it unique or maybe different or odd but I find the idea of not being friends with an ex odd," he told us. "What I find odd is how you love someone and wake up next to someone and spend a period of your life with someone and you don't remain in their lives in a loving and supportive way."

Looks like we're about to see that all unfold! Even if the boss is not fazed by exes, he does seem to think that office life—and creating a series—is getting more difficult as time goes on, according to an interview with People.

"I thought that things would get easier for me in season six and seven," he told the publication. "I would argue that it's been the opposite. I feel more pressure to handle some pretty difficult situations. It's been a very taxing few months." 

Who will star in 'Selling Sunset' season 6?

You can expect the typical group, though we do expect a bit of a shakeup. Chelsea Lazkani, Selling Sunset's newest cast member, debuted in season 5, and she'll ride out the rest of the show's future with her Oppenheim colleagues. We'll also be introduced to Nicole Young, Mary Fitzgerald's BFF, who's keen on making a mark on the industry.   

"I am definitely going to be bringing a lot of real estate to the table, which I’m very excited about, not just the properties, but my clients and the relationships I have with them because at the end of the day, relationships are the most important aspect of real estate," she told US Weekly.

In Netflix season 6's date announcement, Young made it clear that she is not going to play games: "I have $100 million in sales and counting. If someone were to get in the way of that, there's going to be an issue," she warned. 

Bre Tiesi, who shares a child with Nick Cannon, is also on the roster of season 6 newbies and plans to make a dramatic entrance into the real estate world as well.

"I'm here to f*** this s*** up," she stated in the trailer. 

And that she does, particularly with one cast member who's not thrilled with her lifestyle. But when it comes to office drama, Oppenheim told us, "I realize a lot of things solve themselves. A lot of things seem like a big deal upfront, but they end up not being a big deal if you just let them go," but something tells us his employees might have a more difficult time parting ways with hard feelings. It's just a hunch!

Will Christine Quinn be in 'Selling Sunset' season 6?

Ah, the million-dollar question! In a mutual decision between production and our infamous realtor, it has been confirmed that Christine Quinn is leaving Selling Sunset.

The mom and realtor has embarked on many new ventures: her first book, How to Be a Boss B*tch (available at Amazon)landed on shelves on in 2022 and she opened her own firm. Despite these changes—and her absence from the first-ever Selling Sunset reunion—she claimed she didn't have any intention of straying from the show.

"The show is, like, my No. 1 [and] everyone knows that," she revealed to US Weekly. "But we just have to get creative now because I don’t work for the Oppenheim Group. Maybe it’s a battle of the brokerages."

That all changed in August 2022, when the world learned the O Group's resident mean girl is parting ways with the series. Can Selling Sunset survive without Christine Quinn? We're about to find out.

When will 'Selling Sunset' season 6 premiere?

We'd be lying if we said we didn't binge Selling The OC immediately. 

After five seasons of exorbitant listings in Los Angeles—and even more exorbitant drama—on Selling Sunset, we were anxious for the O Group's next chapter in Newport Beach. Needless to say, Netflix did not disappoint—and neither did the realtors, according to Jason Oppenheim.

"That office becoming so successful as quickly as it has is the biggest reward," Oppenheim tells My Imperfect Life. "They've doubled anything I thought they could've achieved in their first couple of years."

Though the beachfront abodes have been impressive and the listing prices are not to be believed, we've been particularly caught up in the staffers' personal lives: the almost-kiss between Tyler Stanaland and Kayla Cardona, the reign of Alexandra Rose and Alexandra Jarvis, and naturally, Gio Helou's mom. You know, the basis of any good reality TV series. 

Jason Oppenheim on office drama:

Oppenheim, the founder and CEO of the luxury real estate company that he runs with his twin brother, Brett, is used to calling the shots. But he's not keen on managing the friendships that have developed from filming, even though he's close to his employees.

"I've learned to take a step back from trying to solve everything myself," he admits when speaking of the office drama. "I realize a lot of things solve themselves. A lot of things seem like a big deal upfront, but they end up not being a big deal if you just let them go."

Well, it looks like no one got that "let it go" memo when it came to the infamous kiss. (Looking at you, Alex Hall and co.) Jokes and drama aside, we feel a sense of comfort from Oppenheim's composure. The show is known for romantic ups and downs and plenty a friendship breakup, but maybe there's something to be said about letting situations be out of our hands?

What we find most interesting of all, besides the fact that Oppenheim runs a business that boasts over $1 billion in sales, is that regardless of success or spinoffs (Selling Tampa premiered in late 2021), the real estate mogul has managed to keep it cordial with all of his past girlfriends—yes, including Chrishell Stause. Though a portion of their time together played out on Selling Sunset, a breakup seemingly didn't hinder their dynamic. 

"I know that a lot of people find it unique or maybe different or odd but I find the idea of not being friends with an ex odd," he says. Has he cracked the code on remaining friends with an ex? It sure seems like it!

And of course, Oppenheim's cracked the code on making TV shows worth a binge. Though he says he'll soon learn the fate Selling The OC season 2 from Netflix, it's likely fans will get more of what they're craving. 

"I'm very optimistic based on what I'm seeing," he says of a potential second season.

When it comes to the company itself, anything is possible, though Oppenheim doesn't intend to stretch himself too thin. 

"In terms of the Oppenheim Group, I'm always open to another office that might be in the cards but basically slow, steady growth. I think the main thing is just for every agent to be more productive than the year before. I judge the company based on the success of my agents."

The 46-year-old shot to fame on the huge Netflix hit Selling Sunset, which showcases the lives and neverending drama of the Oppenheim Group's realtors, including Chrishell Stause, Heather Rae El Moussa, Mary Fitzgerald—and formerly, Christine Quinn.

Jason and his brother Brett Oppenheim own the real estate brokerage The Oppenheim Group, meaning they feature plenty on the show, known for its glamorous agents and huge multi-million dollar homes.

Who is Jason Oppenheim?

Jason Oppenheim hails from Palo Alto in California, and he's obviously most famous for his appearances on Selling Sunset.

Aside from being a reality star though, Jason is actually pretty damn successful IRL. A real estate broker by trade, he has also practiced law as an attorney in the past—his LinkedIn profile reveals that he worked at O'Melveny & Myers LLP for just over five years, before setting up The Oppenheim Group.

As we've seen on Selling Sunset, much of Jason's days are spent selling properties to wealthy and celebrity clients, mostly around the Hollywood Hills and Sunset Strip areas.

In fact, the Oppenheim Group proved so successful that Jason even branched out beyond the LA area, opening an office in Orange County—which spawned the Selling Sunset spin-off, Selling the OC.

At the end of Selling Sunset season 5, Jason was seen giving a fellow agent Mary Fitzgerald a tour of his sparkling new Orange County brokerage, as an introduction to the new Oppenheim Group team.

How old is Jason?

Jason is currently 46 years old. He was born on April 12, 1977, which makes him an Aries (one of the fire signs).

As you can imagine, selling luxury LA real estate comes with a pretty decent pay cheque—proven by the seriously impressive Selling Sunset cast's net worths.

And Jason has made a very handsome fortune running The Oppenheim Group and selling property, with his net worth reported to sit at around $50 million (£35 million).

Most of his money has been made via the brokerage, where he takes a cut of any of the agent's sales. But he also has his own incredibly impressive real estate portfolio and reportedly owns about four properties in LA. Jason often flips properties, doing them up in order to sell them for a profit, as seen on Selling Sunset.

Does Jason have a girlfriend?

Mr. Oppenheim did a hard launch of his new girlfriend last summer, turning up to the LA premiere of the Netflix movie Day Shift with his lovely lady on his arm.

Jason's new(ish) girlfriend is Marie-Lou Nurk, a 25-year-old German model based in Paris. 

Speaking of filming for the show, Marie-Lou told People magazine: "I had the opportunity to meet so many inspiring people along the way. I can't wait for you all to see what we've been working on. From the challenges and drama to the triumphs, it's been a journey filled with growth and learning."

Jason's new relationship came eight months after splitting with fellow Selling Sunset cast member Chrishell.

The pair famously dated for around seven months, sharing their relationship on the show. But they eventually split at the end of the fifth season, as Jason came to the realization that he didn't want children—while Chrishell confessed that she wanted nothing more than to have a family.

Both have since moved on, with Chrishell now married to Australian singer G-Flip, who she had been dating since May 2022. 

And excitingly, it seems as though Jason, the eternal bachelor, could be ready to settle down with Marie-Lou, too, sometime soon. In an interview with People magazine last year, he revealed that he's open to marriage—and maybe someday, children too.

Christine Quinn is officially no longer a part of Selling Sunset! After five fiery seasons, it was confirmed last year that the show's OG villain would not be returning to be a part of Selling Sunset season 6.

When the news broke back in the summer of 2022, fans of the series were heartbroken—it means that in upcoming seasons, we'll no longer get to see Christine strut into the Oppenheim Group’s office in seven-inch Louboutins, ready to stir up drama. However, the news didn't come as too much of a surprise, as fans had their suspicions, following a number of blistering rows and fallouts throughout Selling Sunset season five—namely between Christine, Chrishell Stause and Mary Fitzgerald. 

Many even suspected that Christine had actually been fired after claims emerged during the fifth series that she'd tried to pay a client to not work with Emma Herman. And rumors of her departure only continued to swirl after the queen of drama herself was a no-show at the Selling Sunset reunion, after receiving a positive Covid-19 test. 

But why has Christine actually left Selling Sunset, and were any of the rumors true?

Why did Christine Quinn leave 'Selling Sunset'?

In August 2022, a source revealed the sad truth to E News!, sharing that the decision to step away from the show was ‘mutual’ between Christine and the production team.

The insider also added that producers felt her departure was a natural move, as she and the rest of the cast are no longer in contact—nor on good terms, if season five is anything to go by. In fact, Jason Oppenheim shared a similar sentiment, saying: "I think people were tired of watching that dynamic continue season after season. So I think, if anything, it's provided a breath of fresh air for the office and for the show."

Christine herself recently spoke out about her move away from the show, revealing that it was a mutual decision, and that she wasn't fired, as rumored.

In a podcast interview with Savannah Chrisley, she explained that she told Netflix she was leaving, and that they were "very receptive, and very polite and respectful."

When asked if her life was more fulfilling post-Selling Sunset, she also said: "Totally. Because I get to do the things that I want, and I get to be who I want to be...I don't want to be filtered, I don't want to be edited."

She also confirmed that she wants to do more fashion and acting projects now that she has moved away from the show—so it seems Christine may well have made the move in order to pursue different things, too. Good for you, girl!

While her departure is bad news for anyone who lives for the tea spilling and awkward silences that Christine often provoked (and not to mention her outlandish themed parties), this will not be the end of her real estate career—as the iconic diva also revealed a new business venture with her husband Christian Richards.

Speaking to E’s Daily Pop, Christine revealed: “I started my own brokerage a year and a half ago. My husband and I started RealOpen.com, so it's a platform to facilitate home sales through cryptocurrency, and the seller will receive a cash transaction, so it's like a wire.”

So no doubt we’ll be seeing more of her, but the question is—can Selling Sunset really survive without Christine? Now that the new season has arrived with plenty of fresh drama, we're certain it can. But one thing is for sure—we will definitely miss her novelty designer purses…

Looks like it's getting crowded in The Oppenheim Group office. Nicole Young, who already works at the LA realty group, has joined the cast of Selling Sunset season 6, one of our favorite TV shows about gossip... and, you know, the bustling California housing market. (But mostly the gossip and drama.) 

Although this Oppenheim employee has been with the company for eight years already and was even invited to make an appearance on the debut season of Selling Sunset, she's finally ready to take the plunge. And according to the realtor, she's bringing plenty of experience along for the ride. 

"I am definitely going to be bringing a lot of real estate to the table, which I’m very excited about, not just the properties, but my clients and the relationships I have with them. Because at the end of the day, relationships are the most important aspect of real estate," she told US Weekly.

Who is Nicole Young, 'Selling Sunset' newbie?

The newest reality TV star—who is perhaps on the fast track to becoming one of the richest Selling Sunset cast members—is known for her friendship with the Oppenheim brothers and even dated one of them (of course it was Jason... and we have the full list of Jason's girlfriends). She also considers Mary Fitzgerald to be one of her closest allies and even officiated her wedding with Romain Bonnet, which racks in major BFF points!

As far as her personal life goes, Young is a dog mom and has a husband, Brandon, whom she married in 2017, according to US Weekly. (No two-legged children right now!). 

When she's not busy cutting deals with wealthy clients, Young is most likely playing beach volleyball or gardening. 

If her Instagram account is anything to go by (@itsnicoleyoung), she's also fairly fanatical about skincare and makeup, travel, and working out.

In the last few months, she's also posted a ton of snaps with the Selling Sunset crew, including pics from open houses, cast dinners, office hangs, and photos taken during filming.

It seems like Nicole has in fact turned to Mary for some advice on her new role on the show recently. She told PEOPLE magazine: "I've talked to Mary about everything under the sun and asked her a million questions.

"She kept reiterating, 'Just be yourself. Don't try to be anything you're not. Don't try to be anything that you think people want you to be or say what they want you to say. Just be you.'" Solid advice!

We're not sure if she actually heard Mary's advice considering Nicole's fight with Chrishell, where she started bringing up unresolved feelings over a listing from three years ago. Chrishell accused her of turning a non-issue into drama to get camera time and things really turned sour between the two... Let's hope for a smoother ride for Nicole in season 7! 

Business must be booming in the Oppenheim office: new Selling Sunset seasons are on the horizon, according to Netflix.

Though we briefly turned our attention towards Selling The OC, which premieres in a few weeks, the streaming service diverted our attention back to the OG franchise with a quiet announcement.

New 'Selling Sunset' seasons: an update

"Selling Sunset has been renewed for Seasons 6 — and Season 7!" Netflix writes on Twitter. Reality TV fans everywhere have been doing their happy dances. 

Its UK counterpart gave us the same spiel on Twitter and notes that production is set to begin this summer. 

If we're lucky, perhaps we'll get another season before the end of the year. At this time, dates have yet to be confirmed, so we'll likely have a little bit of time to go before Selling Sunset season 6 hits our screens and the Selling Sunset cast members cook up some drama.

Speaking of which, we all know you're curious if the sixth installment will include the notorious Christine Quinn, real estate villainess who parted ways with the Oppenheim Group. Though her career path has taken her in a different direction, the new mom insists that we're stuck with her for good. 

"The show is, like, my No. 1 [and] everyone knows that," she revealed to US Weekly in May 2022. "But we just have to get creative now because I don’t work for the Oppenheim Group. Maybe it’s a battle of the brokerages.”

And let's not forget about the other Selling Sunset spinoff, the Sunshine State-focused series, Selling Tampa. Regardless of where you settle with the Oppenheim Group—perhaps you're keen on exploring all of the company's US offices—you're bound to get a heavy dose of drama.

Did Christine Quinn get fired? The former Queen Bee of Selling Sunset will not be returning to the Netflix show for season 6, so did her *ahem* penchant for drama actually land her in trouble?

Selling Sunset season 5 hit Netflix in May 2021, and throughout it all, fans questioned Quinn's eventual fate with the LA realty company, The Oppenheim Group. 

In the episodes, we heard Quinn question: "I was wondering why I wasn't getting listings, then I'm like 'Oh yeah. It's cause I'm not f****** my boss," she said, alluding to Chrishell Stause and Jason Oppenheim's romance (RIP). And then, of course, came her seemingly unending feuds with many of the women in the office, from Chrishell to Mary Fitzgerald, and even her former pal, Heather Rae El Moussa.  

It has since been confirmed that Christine won't be a part of Selling Sunset going forward, so what happened? Did the blonde bombshell get fired—or is there more to the story? Now that we won't be seeing Christine on Selling Sunset season 6, here's what she has to say...

Did Christine Quinn get fired?

According to Christine, she did not get fired and the decision to leave the Oppenheim Group and Selling Sunset was mutual. 

During a podcast recording with Savannah Chrisley, Savannah suggested that it looked as though she was fired from the show. However, Christine responded: "I think Netflix made a statement and said it was a mutual decision...which was true, because I told them and they were very receptive and very polite and respectful. I just told them I can't do this anymore."

Before it was confirmed she was indeed leaving, there were several reasons why fans were majorly suspicious about Quinn's tenure at the Oppenheim Group. Firstly, she confided to season 5 newbie Chelsea Lazkani that she had been having trouble adjusting to office life after her maternity leave. It's a valid point, but when you make dinner reservations in the middle of a meeting, you're not doing yourself any favors.

"I'm constantly up against different bulls**t and I feel like I've just gotten to a point where I just don't want to be in the office, because it gets to a point where the drama is affecting my business and I don't want that," she told Lazkani. 

Then there's the fact that Davina Potratz left the Oppenheim Group (she's now back though), something that Quinn admired.

"I'm not desperate for a job. I'm intelligent, I can start my own brokerage. I can be a broker. I mean if Davina can do it, I can do it," she said during the fifth season. 

Quinn also offered her opinion on the season's "fake storylines," ahead of the season 5 premiere. During the season, it was alleged that Quinn offered her clients $5,000 not to work with her co-worker Emma Hernan. Quinn wrote on Twitter: "30 minutes till the launch of #SellingSunset enjoy the new season and all of its 5,000 fake storylines!"

Last but not least, Quinn did not take part in the Selling Sunset reunion, so naturally, everyone had questions. 

Following the close of the season, it was confirmed in a statement that Christine Quinn would no longer be a part of Selling Sunset, and she is also no longer part of The Oppenheim Group, either.

Does Christine Quinn still work for The Oppenheim Group?

In May 2022, Christine confirmed that she had 'terminated' her contract with The Oppenheim Group, and she is no longer an agent as per their website.

In fact, when asked a year ago whether she would continue to star on the show, Christine revealed that she no longer works for The Oppenheim Group, sharing instead that she has opened her own brokerage. 

Speaking to US Weekly prior to the news that she wouldn't be featuring in season 6 of Selling Sunset, Christine suggested that she could star, but that "we just have to get creative now because I don’t work for the Oppenheim Group. Maybe it’s a battle of the brokerages."

Christine has in fact set up an online brokerage, RealOpen, with her husband Christian Dumontet, a former tech CEO. 

Of course, we now know that she won't be in the sixth series of the show—but perhaps she'll have her own Netflix show one day? 

It’s undeniable that the most talked-about Selling Sunset cast member is Christine Quinn. You hate her, you love her, but the likelihood is you also probably want to be her.

 With her dry humor, iconic fashion sense and penchant for backstabbing and one-liners ("I never start the drama, I just finish it"), she rivals all other reality TV divas and with most of the show's storylines revolving around her and her latest antics, Christine from Selling Sunset has become a household name. 

Over the last five seasons of the show, Selling Sunset fans have watched Christine Quinn in all her glory. From her achieving her goal of marrying wealthy (yes, the answer to "Is Christine Quinn still married?" is a rich, resounding "yes!") to allegedly bribing other agents’ (*cough* Emma Hernan *cough*) clients, Christine is drama personified.

That's why the Selling Sunset season 5 finale, which suggested that Christine’s time at the Oppenheim Group is over, had us worried. And to be honest, boss Jason Oppenheim’s recent declaration at the Selling Sunset reunion did nothing to decrease those fears, as he revealed that Christine currently has no place at The Oppenheim Group. But what does the loss of one of the most iconic brokerage agents of all time mean for the future of Selling Sunset? Is there even a Selling Sunset without Christine Quinn?

Can the show go on without Christine from 'Selling Sunset'?

Manager—actually, sorry, she’s now vice president of The Oppenheim Group and a former friend of Christine’s—Mary Fitzgerald seems to think so, but whether that’s necessarily true is yet to be decided.

Fitzgerald was recently on the Behind the Velvet Rope podcast with David Pontef and let’s just say she didn’t hold back when airing her thoughts on whether or not Selling Sunset could survive without Christine.

“I know she’s entertaining and good for the show, but she’s also taking away from the whole vision and the whole message that we were trying to send out, which is like, women can be boss bitches," Fitzgerald said on the podcast. "I think the show could probably survive without Christine, but I don’t know. Thankfully it’s not my decision."

It’s safe to say we know exactly where Mary stands on the matter, but she does raise a valid point surrounding the whole conceit of the show. When it was first marketed to viewers, Netflix indicated the show would be about #girlboss agents killing it by selling high-end luxury real estate with, of course, a few fights between the agents over clients and property. 

However, five seasons in, we wouldn’t really say that the show has stuck to that ideology at all. We’re seeing less and less selling and more arguing about who has had the latest falling out with Christine.

If we're being technical, yes, these women are still killing it as real estate agents, but the fights have nothing to do with their clients or properties and more to do with the inner workings of their personal lives, namely their relationships. However, that is arguably what viewers love about the recent seasons of the show, as we’ve recently seen Chrishell and Jason’s relationship trending all over social media and fans giving their latest thoughts on the Christine-related drama of the season, proving again that the infamous Christine Quinn is the reason the show trends.

The drama between Christine and Emma over the mutual ex they share had people talking and the show trending for weeks. Likewise, Chrishell and Jason’s relationship was at the center of season five and yet it was Christine that was the most memorable thing about their romance, with her dig accusing Chrishell of “only getting listings because she was f**king the boss.” The comment led to Christine being further isolated by the rest of the agents, having a showdown with Mary on her birthday, finding a new ally in the form of Chelsea Lazkani and, later, allegedly bribing Emma Hernan's client. Because we all know nobody puts Christine Quinn in the corner.

So, yes, while it's safe to say that viewers love seeing the beautiful and glamorous houses LA has to offer, it’s mostly the Christine-related hijinks that is at the crux of the show, that keeps viewers coming back for more.

The fact that Jason has stated that Christine doesn't have a place at the brokerage—plus Christine’s response, which was to get rid of all Oppenheim Group-related stuff from her social media pages and announce her new venture RealOpen—suggests that her exit is signed and sealed. 

But what show has ever functioned well without an antagonist? If there is no Christine, who is going to create drama among the agents? Who is going to tell wholehearted lies that cast harsh judgment without consequences? There’s hope in Chelsea Lazkani, who gave Davina Potratz a serious dusting down in season five, but with a lack of solid connections with the other agents' bar Christine, we don’t think Chelsea is ready to deliver drama on the scale that Quinn does.

With Christine walking out the door of the Oppenheim Group without so much as a glance backwards, we think this could be the end of Selling Sunset’s glory days.

Since the filming of Selling Sunset season 5, where the Oppenheim Group agents celebrated Maya Vander leaving Los Angeles and the brokerage for a little while to go to Florida to have her baby, the reality star has had a really tough time. 

The much-loved agent of The Oppenheim Group shared at the Selling Sunset reunion special, which premiered on Friday, May 6, that her son Mason was stillborn at 38 weeks in December 2021. Vander, who has been on the show since season one, also bravely revealed the cause of the stillbirth, as well as her hopes for the future.

As if the heartbreaking news that Maya’s child was born stillborn wasn’t enough, she also revealed that the cause of death was the result of a freak accident in the womb. Vander shared that her baby's autopsy report had declared the cause of death "a bad accident with the umbilical cord, mixed with some swallowed placenta."

Vander's pregnancy was a major storyline for her during season 5 as she rushed to tie up all of her outstanding listings. 

The star revealed to Metro that she found the latest season of Selling Sunset really hard to watch as she was pregnant for most of it: “I wasn’t sitting there sobbing with tears, I just kind of sat and watched the whole season as a whole, not focusing on just me being pregnant. Was it easy? No, but I watched it and managed to survive.”

Vander had revealed in July 2021 that she and partner David Miller were expecting their third child. The couple was already parents to a son, Aiden, born in 2019, and a daughter, Elle Madison, born a year later. 

However, in December 2021, Maya put up a post on Instagram discussing "the hardest day of [her] life."

In the Instagram post, she wrote: "Yesterday was the hardest day of my life. I had a stillbirth at 38 weeks. I always heard of it but never imagined I’ll be part of the statistics. Instead of delivering a baby, I get to go home with a memory box… I do not wish this on anyone."

The post continued: "What was a regular weekly checkup turned into a nightmare that I never imagine will happen to me. Given I share my pregnancies in the show I knew I’ll have to post about this and avoid the 'when is your due date' question. You will always be in our heart baby Mason."

A pregnancy loss is called a stillbirth when the baby dies after 20 weeks of pregnancy. In the UK, one in every 225 pregnancies ends in stillbirth, while in the United States it’s one in every 160 pregnancies.

How is Maya Vander doing after the tragedy?

If you’re wondering how Maya is faring now five months on, she revealed during the reunion that she's "doing much better." She credited her husband and children for keeping her going and being amazing during such a hard time, as well as the Selling Sunset cast members for their support.

Vander also added: “I have work and I’m busy, so I don’t have time to sit and cry all day long. I have my moments, you know we all do, and that’s a part of grief.”

But Maya doesn’t want to forget about her experience, as she revealed that she wants to help raise awareness of stillbirths and pregnancy loss to help women feel like they are not alone.

After opening up about her devastating stillbirth, Maya shared that she feels that part of her healing process will be getting pregnant again.

"People joke, ‘Oh, Maya is always pregnant.' I want to mention, we [women] do have the clock ticking and I am 40 years old. So yes, I have two beautiful children and I’m very lucky and thankful for that, but I also lost one. So that void is still there, and I think part of my healing is getting pregnant again, and I really hope I will.”

Selling Sunset is one of the most-talked-about reality shows out there—and the upcoming Selling Sunset reunion is sure to add even more drama to discuss.

When will the 'Selling Sunset' reunion air on Netflix?

Netflix has announced that the Selling Sunset reunion will be released on Friday, May 6, 2022, and will be hosted by none other than Netflix’s Queer Eye and Next In Fashion star Tan France!

Which cast members will be at the 'Selling Sunset' reunion?

The streamer has confirmed that Oppenheim Group owners Jason and Brett Oppenheim will be attending the reunion. They will be joined by Jason’s now ex-girlfriend and fellow realtor Chrishell Stause, as well as Mary Fitzgerald and her husband Romain Bonnet.

Other featured cast members include Heather Rae El Moussa, Amanza Smith, Maya Vander, Davina Potratz, Vanessa Villela, Emma Hernan and the newest Selling Sunset cast member, Chelsea Lazkani.

On Monday, April 25, Netflix released the first cast photo of the Selling Sunset reunion. Unsurprisingly, it looked very glamorous. But, wait...is someone missing? 

Look closely and you'll realize a certain realtor does not appear alongside her cast members. Did Christine Quinn get fired? What does her absence mean? Now our curiosity is truly in overdrive.

Will Christine Quinn attend the 'Selling Sunset' reunion? 

According to TMZ, Christine Quinn was unable to attend the reunion as she had tested positive for COVID-19. She also couldn't attend virtually, like Amanza Smith did (she also tested positive for the virus), as Quinn was reportedly just too sick. 

Quinn's rep told the outlet: "Christine tested positive for COVID on Saturday and out of an abundance of caution, she did not attend the reunion." 

Considering Christine Quinn is the ultimate reality-show TV villain and one of the most-loved members of the show, we understand why fans are saying the reunion should have been rescheduled to accommodate the star. 

But, to be honest, we don't know if Christine would have turned up anyway, as throughout the season and particularly at the end Christine expressed that she didn’t need to be at the brokerage and was thinking about leaving and starting her own company. It seems like she's done just that, as since the release of season five, Quinn has changed her Twitter bio and announced that she is the founder of RealOpen. 

The announcement that she has co-founded a new company with her husband Christian Dumontet suggests that she is no longer with the Oppenheim Group. However, she is still featured on their website, but that could just be because the brokerage is in need of a good site update.

Season five of Netflix’s Selling Sunset was a lot, with a lot of drama between the other cast members and Christine Quinn. The final episode of the season saw Christine being accused of bribing Emma Hernan’s client and subsequently refusing to attend a meeting with Jason and Mary to discuss the incident, a.k.a. a lot of issues we would have liked to see resolved at the reunion. 

What can we expect from the 'Selling Sunset' reunion?

Speaking of drama, we can expect loads of it from the reunion—this is Selling Sunset, after all. We don’t know what exactly will be discussed but we can take a guess that Christine Quinn’s future at the Oppenheim Group will be a hot topic, as well as where Davina and Chelsea stand after that fight and perhaps an update on how Chrishell and Jason are doing post-breakup. But that’s just skimming the surface because Heather revealed on her Instagram that they started filming around 6 am and didn’t finish until well after sunset, suggesting they talked a lot at the reunion. So here’s hoping Netflix doesn’t cut any of the juicy bits!

Will there be a 'Selling Sunset' season 6?

While there has been no release date announced just yet, Netflix has already confirmed that the hit show has been renewed for seasons 6 and 7. So need to fear, that this is not the end of the show even if Christine Quinn leaves, but that’s a topic for another day!

Going into the Selling Sunset reunion, fans already knew that Chrishell Stause and Jason Oppenheim had split up, but what we didn't know was the current relationship status of the real estate-selling starlet.

Stause cleared that up during the show's reunion, hosted by Queer Eye's Tan France.  When France asked her if she was seeing any special five months after her break-up with her Selling Sunset co-star, she responded: "I recently have been spending a lot of time with someone that's very important to me. Their name is G Flip."

"They're nonbinary, so they go by they/them," Stause continued. "And they are an extremely talented musician."

Chrishell Stause and G Flip: how did they meet?

G Flip is a 27-year-old musician hailing from Melbourne, Australia, known for songs like "GAY 4 ME" and "Lover." It's actually through their music that they first linked up with Stause, the richest Selling Sunset cast member explained during the reunion special. 

"It started because I was just going to be in their video. And it's about this chaotic love story. I come from soaps, I love acting. And with the job that we have, I don't always get to do it. At first of course I was like yes, let's do that," the 40-year-old reality star said. The music video, which will be released on Friday, May 13, is for G Flip's song "Get Me Outta Here and sees the twosome smooching. 

"It was so much fun, we had such a blast. Not everyone's going to be ready for it, but I think it's great. I think it's amazing, the song is amazing," Stause added. 

Selling Sunset fans may have seen some social-media flirting going on recently on the couple's Instagram pages, with G Flip calling themself a "gender smoothie" in an April 27 post, to which Stause commented: "The most perfect blend" with a heart emoji.

It looks like things are moving quickly for the new couple, as Stause has reportedly moved in with the musician, a source told People.

So, why did Davina leave Selling Sunset and The Oppenheim Group after the third season of the show? Especially since she's now back at the brokerage and the Netflix show. It's a question many fans have been speculating over. Was it a scripted storyline or did things really get so tense between Davina and her bosses Jason and Brett that she had to leave?  

We’ve been hooked into the world of luxury real estate ever since Selling Sunset (and Selling Sunset's spin-off, Selling Tampa) entered our lives back in 2019. And while we've been enjoying drooling over all the stunning LA homes, what has really kept us watching is the endless drama between the cast and their chaotic personal lives. 

Now on its fifth season, with a Selling Sunset reunion on the way, we're well and truly invested in all the storylines, from the ongoing beef between Emma and Christine, (seriously, who is Peter Cornell in Selling Sunset and how has he caused such a stir without appearing on the show?), the story behind Amanza's ex-husband's disappearance, Tarek and Heather's wedding and of course, Chrishell Stause and Jason Oppenheim's short-lived romance. One storyline we're still a little confused about, however, is why Davina Potratz — who is Director of the New Development Division of The Oppenheim Group — left after season three... only to come back half way through season four.

What happened with Davina, 'Selling Sunset' and the Oppenheim Group?

Davina Potratz left The Oppenheim Group—the real estate brokerage that's the subject of Netflix's Selling Sunset reality show—in 2020. 

In an interview with People, Potratz revealed she was presented with an offer she couldn’t refuse from a rival real estate firm in Beverly Hills, Douglas Elliman.  

Potratz told the outlet: “I'm really excited to be a part of Douglas Elliman and their very sophisticated and global new development division. My background is in new development sales and marketing, so this is just a wonderful opportunity for me. It's just very in tune with my skills."

She also said: "It's not that I wanted to leave, but I had a great opportunity. It was a purely business decision."

At the time, Jason Oppenheim also issued a statement to the publication, saying: "Davina has always been a tremendous asset and a valued agent at the Oppenheim Group, and she is also a friend whose career decisions I very much respect and support. I will always want the best for Davina, and I hope that we continue to work together in the future."

However, her stint away was short-lived as we saw Davina  back at The Oppenheim Group half way through season four of the show in 2021. 

Why did Davina come back in season 4? 

On season four of Selling Sunset,  Davina told Christine Quinn that the new development project she had been working on after quitting The Oppenheim Group had wrapped up  and that she was interested in coming back to the brokerage, after Christine waved the idea around to her. 

However, she was a little hesitant as she wasn't on the best terms with Jason when she left. "When I left the Oppenheim Group, there was a little tension because of what had happened with the $75 million listing because that didn't sell but I feel like [Jason] wasn't supportive from the beginning and it just didn't start off the best way," Davina said on the show. 

The two later had a conversation, with Davina telling Jason: "You know I left because of a new development opportunity at the other brokerage, but the job is completed, the consulting is all wrapped up and it was a very corporate environment and while I can easily function there, I do love the closeness and the access to you and just the camaraderie you have at the Oppenheim Group."

He later gave Davina her job back and she officially rejoined the brokerage, where she still currently works. 

'Tis the season for romance on Selling Sunset!

Not only do we get a view into Chrishell and Jason’s relationship, Tarek and Heather’s wedding and Emma Hernan’s new romance with property developer Micah McDonald, but we also get to see Vanessa Villela's new boyfriend and their super cute relationship.

Vanessa Villela was season four’s newbie alongside Emma and back then, both girls were single. But as we see in season five, which filmed in 2021, Vanessa found a new love in British photographer Nick Hardy.

So, who is Nick Hardy from Selling Sunset season 5 and what is his current relationship status with Vanessa Villela? Here’s what we know.

Vanessa Villela boyfriend: meet Nick Hardy

Nick Hardy is a professional photographer that focuses on "expressing timeless images that ooze beauty and sophistication but with a twist," according to his website.

His LinkedIn page shows him currently working at his own company Tom Fraud photography, and as managing and creative director of Lascivious Lingerie, which is the company Vanessa modeled for in Denver Fashion Week.

Is Vanessa Villela engaged?

Yes! In January 2022, Vanessa posted a video of Nick's proposal and captioned it: "You came into my life when I least expected it and you came to make my dreams come true. Our love story is like a movie and you are my prince."

In season five, Vanessa explained that she and Nick spoke online for three months before meeting in Mexico and falling in love. They were only supposed to stay in Mexico for 10 days but they were so infatuated with each other that they stayed for two months.

On the show, Nick visited Vanessa at the Oppenheim Group office and gave Vanessa a promise ring because he was off to London for a long time but wanted to show his commitment. A lot of the agents thought this indicated the fact that Nick was planning to propose in the not-too-far future and looks like they were right.

Who is Tom Fraud?

Tom Fraud is a pseudonym Nick Hardy uses professionally. He explains on his website that "Fraud stands for the idea of going against the tide, doing your own thing and doing it your way. Fraud is a way of life."

Does Nick Hardy have Instagram?

Yes, his Instagram handle is @tomfraud. Nick’s Instagram page mainly consists of his photography and snaps of Vanessa.

Did Vanessa move to England?

In the final episode of Selling Sunset season five, we see Vanessa boarding a plane to London. Throughout the season she discussed how she was thinking of moving to the UK to be closer to Nick because she loved him. 

However, whether she’s actually followed through is yet to be confirmed, as Vanessa still remains on the Oppenheim Group website, suggesting she’s still an agent there. She and Nick also got engaged in Los Angeles, so perhaps Nick decided to move himself closer to her? Hopefully we’ll see more of the couple on the next season of Selling Sunset.

Season 5 of Netflix’s Selling Sunset focused on the short-lived relationship between Chrishell Stause and Jason Oppenheim, and their subsequent split. However, theirs wasn't the only romantic couple fans got to see on the show, as co-star Emma got her own shot at love this season as well with Micah.

Emma Hernan met hottie Micah McDonald in episode three of Selling Sunset season 5 and while their time on-screen was limited, that didn't stop fans from picking up on the chemistry the two had together, and wanting to know all about the guy who caught Emma’s eye. He evens has a cameo in season 6 so what is going on between these two?

Who is Selling Sunset's Micah?

Micah McDonald is a property developer from Texas. He’s one of eight kids and on Selling Sunset, he revealed that he bought a house in Los Angeles for his family to stay in when they visit him on the West Coast.

McDonald has been working in property development for a hot minute, working since 2016 on the Lloydcrest Drive property in Beverly Hills where he meets Emma. He purchased the property in 2016 when it was just a 1,700-square-foot house before spending the time to turn it into the beautiful 10,000-square-foot, five-bedroom and eight-bathroom property we saw on the show.

How did Micah and Emma meet on 'Selling Sunset'?

We first meet Micah on season 5 of Selling Sunset working on his gorgeous home in Beverly Hills. It’s this hot piece of real estate that introduces him to entrepreneur and Selling Sunset cast member Emma Hernan. They say you shouldn’t mix business and pleasure, but it doesn’t seem that Emma and Micah got that memo, as from the moment these two meet, they are flirting up a storm with each other. Emma admits that Micah is some serious eye candy in her Selling Sunset confessional.

Their instant spark leads to them making arrangements to meet for a business meeting-slash-date, which from the looks of the footage, went pretty well. However, Emma expressed that she was hesitant to get involved with a client: “He’s good-looking, successful, I mean, we could go on all day. It’s the perfect little recipe for a f*ckboy.”

His Instagram currently has 42,300 followers—up from 11.8k immediately after the premiere of the previous Selling Sunset season! And it appears that Micah has plenty of well-to-do pals of his own, as his social media sees him hanging out with the likes of American football player Emmanuel Sanders and designer ZoFrost.

Micah McDonald age: how old is he?

McDonald's age has not been publicly confirmed by the man himself, but there are multiple reports that he is around 36-37. So while we don't know for sure, it's pretty safe to assume he's in his mid-30s!

Emma, on the other hand, is currently 30 years old.

What is the name of Micah’s restaurant?

Along with being a property developer, McDonald is a restaurant owner, and Emma and Micah connect over shared entrepreneurial skills when they go to Micah’s restaurant for their first date in episode five, season 5. 

The restaurant is called Sagrado Mezcaleria and is located in Atwater Village in Los Angeles. It's a mezcal-focused restaurant inspired by the flavors of Oaxaca, and pays tribute to Mexican culture. Something that will probably surprise you about the restaurant is that the menu features Emma’s vegan empanadas, which she bought on her and Micah’s first date for him to try. They’re listed for $11, and the 5 Mini “Beyond Meat” Empanadas are served with shaved cabbage, tomatillo salsa, radish and cilantro. So the pair are clearly still close, business-wise!

Are Emma and Micah still together after 'Selling Sunset'?

Now isn’t this the million-dollar question? We last see Emma and Micah getting very hot in the hot tub at the property he’s just finished developing, but we were left with no actual confirmation as to whether or not they were actually. Not even Instagram could give us the answers, as the two didn't (and still don't) even follow each other.

At the time, Emma spoke to Entertainment Tonight saying: “Me and Micah definitely have something special…. We’re definitely still enjoying each other’s company. Obviously, it’s progressed a little bit [from where season 5 ends]. We’ve become closer, but it’s right about there. So we’ll see. Maybe season 6, there will be a label, a ring—who knows?”

However, it seems that the pair didn't actually get any more serious after season 5, as, in May 2022, Emma told Today that she was single. "Right now, I'm single and dating. I'm open to a relationship... I'm open to something moving a little bit more serious", she said at the time.

While we don't yet know the reason why it didn't work out between the pair, it could be that Micah lives part of the time in Texas, and that Emma already splits her time between Boston and LA. Speaking to ET, she confessed: "I've done the long-distance thing for so long that it would be nice to have a relationship where they're in the same, at least, state.”

While it seems the romantic part didn't play out, the two are still friends and business associates. In fact, he makes a cameo in season 6, while the O Group gang is at a brokers' open organized by Emma, at one of his properties, and he looks very happy giving out shots to everyone.

When it comes to O Group newbie(ish) Bre Tiesi, her suspected net worth runs from $300,000 to $6 million, which is quite the discrepancy. 

The former model received her real estate license in 2017, and it took her until 2021 to switch into the field full-time. Even still, she raked in a cool $20 million in her first year.

When speaking to our sister site, Marie Claire, she noted that her life has been very busy since making her debut on Selling Sunset. "I had being a mom, I had actual real estate, I had the show, and then you have everything else outside of that for jobs, social media and everything else that comes with that, investments. There were a lot of hats I was wearing this year. It was interesting."

Not only does Bre work at The Oppenheim Group (and have plenty of high-profile connections), but she's also this year partnered with OFTV to launch Elevate with Bre, a series of workout videos, models regularly, and is said to make quite a bit of cash from her social media channels, including her Instagram, where she has 1 million followers.

Chrishell Stause: $6 million

Former new girl on the block Chrishell quickly made a name for herself at The Oppenheim Group, and it looks as though it's paid off (and continues to pay off!) Between her real estate ventures, a book and her time on TV, the former soap opera star's earnings began to accumulate.

Speaking about her success, Chrishell revealed to Page Six: "I was homeless a few times in my life and it was really hard growing up, but now I’m super grateful about everything."

She's also grateful for the new chapter in her life: Chrishell and G Flip tied the knot earlier this year, announcing the news in May 2023 after dating for about a year.

Vanessa Villela: $5 million

Vanessa Villela left Selling Sunset's O Group in favor of rival company, The Agency, last year, but we had to include her on this list—especially as she's said to be worth around $5 million!

Her fortune is in part due to her real estate work, but mostly as a result of her work as an actress on numerous Mexican TV shows.

Of her new job, she has said: "I am super excited to be back at The Agency," she told People in an exclusive interview. "It's where my career started so it feels extremely good to be back. It feels like home. I am surrounded by incredible top agents—successful and collaborative people who work like a family. I know that I'm in the right place."

The Agency is also the subject of another Netflix reality series, Buying Beverly Hills, which premiered in 2022. Could we see her on another Netflix series?! "I didn't come back for that reason, but you have to watch next season to see what happens," she teased to People.

Emma Hernan: $3-$7 million

Emma is another of the Selling Sunset ladies with multiple streams of income, including her work as a realtor, and her frozen food business Emma Leigh & Co. (who could forget Emma's empanadas?)

This means that Emma is said to be worth a very respectable $3 million to $7 million. She also describes herself as an angel investor, and revealed previously that she began investing in stocks at a young age, allowing her to build up her wealth over time. 

Nicole Young: $3 million

According to Ranker, the O Group newbie of season 6 reportedly has $3 million to her name. Although her earnings might not have been the center of attention in the most recent season, Nicole and Chrishell's back-and-forth certainly was—she's clearly done very well for herself, having done around $100 million in sales across her real estate career.

It's not clear where else she rakes in the cash (if indeed her net worth isn't just from her real estate sales), but since appearing on the show she has done a few paid endorsement of brands on her Instagram, keeping those cheques coming in via social media.

Christine Quinn: $3 million

Christine might not be on the show anymore (sob), but she'll always be a Selling Sunset gal in our eyes. And it'll probably come as no surprise that the infamous realtor is one of the top earners. Plus, Christine Quinn's husband, Christian, is a retired tech entrepreneur worth a cool $20 million. Casual!

She has made most of her cash from her real estate work, but she's also written a book and has a number of partnerships with fashion brands, including a line of glamorous heels with ShoeDazzle.

She's also recently set up a crypto-focused real estate business, RealOpen, alongside her husband, which we're sure help to keep the cash flowing quite nicely.

However, despite no longer appear on the series, one of her recent interviews post-Selling Sunset alleges that the listings and commissions on the series are not real, which is definitely a little baffling, to say the least! 

Heather Rae El Moussa: $3 million

Heather Rae El Moussa is worth a whopping $3 million.

Not only does she make a living from her listings at the O Group and the Netflix series, but she also has an HGTV show with her husband, The Flipping El Moussas, where the pair flip properties together. She's also had small acting jobs in the past, and has taken part in numerous social media deals.

Mary Fitzgerald: $1-$2 million

Mary Fitzgerald's net worth is disputed, but most outlets, like Capital FM, agree that it sits somewhere between $1 million and $2 million. 

Jason and Brett's right-hand woman (and former girlfriend) has been with The Oppenheim Group since its inception, and she was made Vice President of the organization. In season 6, she got plenty of Jason's responsibilities when he was OOO for three weeks with his new girlfriend, Marie-Lou Nurk, too!

She and her hubby Romain have also recently got into flipping houses too, which we're sure generates plenty of extra $$$.

Maya Vander: $1 million

The new(ish) mom-of-three might not be on Selling Sunset anymore, but that's not stopping her from continuing to create her fortune—Maya Vander is said to have a reported net worth of $1 million.

She was always arguably the most mature member of the Selling Sunset gang, and never failed to make us smile as she observed the never-ending drama from afar. And while she's no longer on Selling Sunset, she's still earning a heck of a commission while hard at work at her own brokerage in Miami, the Maya Vander Group, which is part of Compass. She even teaches real estate classes!

Davina Potratz: $2 million

Davina may not have sold her $75 million house, but she still has a very healthy bank balance! It's said that Davina has a net worth of around $2 million, according to various sources. 

Prior to her work in property, she was also a model who traveled across the world for different projects and shoots. Now, however, Davina is no longer on Selling Sunset.

Amanza Smith: $1 million

Though she's a relative newbie to the world of real estate, working previously as an interior designer, Amanza has quickly racked up the dough and is now said to be worth around $1 million.

It's not clear whether she still works as an interior designer, as her work isn't featured on the show as much as the other ladies, but whatever she's doing, it's obviously working!

Chelsea Lazkani: $500,000

Chelsea Lazkani was the new gal to hit the series in season 5, buddying up to Christine Quinn while she sussed out her new job role and the dynamics of the entire group. Now a fully-fledged member of the office, she had a few issues with newcomer Bre Tiesi in season six.

Romain Bonnet: $500,000

Romain Bonnet is one of the most featured husbands in the Selling Sunset universe—though Jeff Lazkani is working his way up, too—so we had to include him in our roundup despite him not actually working at The O Group.

Much of Romain's storyline (alongside his wife, Mary), has centered around his career, which in seasons 5 and 6 sees him project manage The Oppenheim Group's construction on various properties (yes, including *that* nightmare project on season 6). Because of this, he's said to have a very healthy net worth of around $500,000.

Season six of Selling Sunset is finally here and fans are excited to get caught up with their favorite California real estate specialists—and that includes Heather and Tarek El Moussa. 

The new season is packed with drama—from lingering feelings between exes Chrishell Stause and Jason Oppenheim, Chrishell's new relationship and her beef with reality TV newbie Nicole Young.

And of course, the question that will be on everyone's minds—are Tarek and Heather still together? The property-obsessed pair met in July 2019 and kicked off a fast-paced romance, moving in together only weeks into the relationship. But where do Heather Rae Young and Tarek El Moussa stand now—and how has their relationship progressed?

Here's what we know about the pair and what is set to go on between them in Selling Sunset season 6. 

The latest update on Tarek and Heather

Heather and Tarek are absolutely still together—as fans will know, Selling Sunset season 5 actually featured their highly-anticipated wedding.

Actually, the pair's relationship has progressed hugely since then. Not only are they married, but since season 5, the couple have also welcomed their first child together, a baby boy named Tristan! Tristan was born in January 2023, making him currently four months old. 

In fact, Heather's bump and baby shower was one of the clues we here at My Imperfect Life used to find out exactly when Selling Sunset season 6 was filmed...

Who is Tarek El Moussa? 

Tarek El Moussa is best known for being one half of the duo that hosts the hit HGTV series Flip or Flop. Fun fact: Tarek also has a real estate license, which he got in 2002 at the age of 21, and was super successful in the industry until the 2008 economic crisis when the business he shared with ex-wife Christina Haack began to struggle. 

It’s at that point the then-couple got into flipping houses for cash and during their first flip, Tarek submitted an audition tape to HGTV that landed them the 10-season-long hit show.

Who is Heather Rae Young? 

Heather Rae Young/Heather Rae El Moussa, as she is now known, modeled for Playboy before entering into real estate, and was featured as the magazine's Miss February in 2010. When she reflected on her experience as a Playmate, she said: "If I hadn’t posed for Playboy, I wouldn’t have met the people who led me to where I am now. Playboy got me used to being in front of crowds and being good on camera.” 

Young also used to be a Pilates instructor and has a history on TV, with a guest appearance as Tina in "The Baby" episode of the comedy TV series Til Death, as well as Tarek’s show Flipping 101 with Tarek El Moussa. She received her real estate license in 2014. It's reported that she then joined The Oppenheim Group in 2015.

How did Tarek and Heather meet? 

The couple met on July 4, 2019, when they were cruising on separate boats off the coast of Newport Beach, California. It was when both their boats were docked near each other that Heather realized that she had a mutual friend on Tarek’s boat and went over to speak to them, and sparks flew between Heather and Tarek. Tarek’s sister revealed a text message from Tarek at Heather’s bridal show where she revealed Tarek was heartbroken when she left the boat to go back on hers and that he thought he'd met the one. 

After that meeting, they went on a date and were caught by TMZ on July 28, 2018, in Redondo Beach, California, before revealing their relationship to their fans on Instagram on August 8, 2019.

On the "Not Skinny Not Fat" podcast, Tarek and Heather revealed they actually first connected when he slid into Heather's Instagram DMs a few months before she started filming season one of Selling Sunset, but that she was in a relationship at the time. 

But things clearly got serious fairly quickly, as in November and December 2019, the couple enjoyed their first Thanksgiving and Christmas together, with Thanksgiving Day being spent in Amsterdam and Paris and Christmas Day with Tarek’s children. 

How long have Tarek and Heather been together?

In July 2023, the couple will have been together for four years. They moved in together mere weeks after starting their relationship. Talk about moving quick! 

Are Tarek and Heather married? 

The couple got married on October 23, 2021, near Santa Barbara, California. Heather wore a Galia Lahav gown and the couple filmed their wedding for an HGTV special, Tarek & Heather: The Big I Do. Heather also made an incredibly sweet gesture at the wedding when she not only made vows to Tarek, but to his children Taylor and Brayden too, during the ceremony.

The couple got engaged after just over a year together, with Tarek popping the question to Heather on the beach. Tarek said it was the love Heather had for his children that confirmed his love for her—and so he shared that there was no question in his mind when he proposed with an eight-carat diamond.

Heather's relationship with Tarek’s kids

Back in season 4, this was a major question for Heather’s co-workers at the Oppenheim Group, as Amanza Smith asked Heather whether she’d met Tarek’s kids yet. 

On the same day they announced their relationship on Instagram, Tarek and Heather did an interview with Entertainment Tonight where Tarek revealed he had introduced Heather to his family the night before: "I introduced her to my kids last night for the first time. My mom, my dad, my mom's husband, my sister. So, we're doing it! Very excited."

It seems as though, since then, Heather has become incredibly close with Tarek's kids, regularly sharing pictures of all four of them (now five!) on her Instagram page.

In reference to the vows she and Tarek made to the children, she confessed in an Instagram post: "These kids are truly our everything, so we decided to say our vows first to the kids and second to each other. 

"This is just a tiny portion of what I said to the kids, but I truly meant every word: When your daddy and I decided to be fully committed, I was 100 percent committing myself to you too. I am beyond honored to be your bonus mommy. Thank you for allowing me to love your daddy with all my heart. I love you both more than you will ever know.”

Heather also revealed to Us Weekly in April 2021 that she and Tarek co-parent really well with the kids' mother, Christina Haack: “We communicate daily about the kids, and they’re the most important thing in the world to all of us. So, as long as the kids are happy, we’re all happy.”

Christina and Heather also have a good relationship, as Tarek revealed they had met during an appearance on GMA3 where he only gave five minutes' notice that they would be meeting each other. He said to Christina Haack: "I was like, 'Oh, I'm coming over to see the kids. By the way, my girlfriend is coming. See you in five!'" 

Haack also shared with Us Weekly that she and Heather even shared recipes with each other during lockdown: “She’ll, like, send me whatever her favorite go-to granola bar is, and I’ll text her back, like, whatever mine is.”

What do we know about Tarek and Heather's child, Tristan?

The couple revealed that they had started the process of IVF shortly after getting married. 

Before meeting Tarek, Heather revealed that she didn't think she wanted to have children but spending time with him and his kids changed her mind. 

Heather found out that she had a low egg count in her 20s so she decided to freeze her eggs and create embryos through IVF. Heather even documented her whole IVF process on her Instagram and revealed that the couple hoped to transfer by summer 2022.

Well, it clearly worked as—as mentioned—Heather and Tarek welcomed their first children together, and Tarek's third child overall, in January 2023. 

Discussing their adorable new addition, Heather shared that his entrance into the world wasn't without its drama. On Instagram, she wrote how, "I had scar tissue built up from a biopsy I had years ago, which affected my cervix softening & water breaking. 

"Once at the hospital I was given 1/2 a pill of Cytotec to soften cervix, balloon went in. 2 hours later I was dilated to a 4. Balloon fell out, then 3 hours later dialated to a 6, then a few minutes an 8 then 15 minutes later my water broke! It was time to push!! it all happened really fast. Tristan’s heart rate was dropping very low every time I’d push & was staying low. Which was terrifying. My doctor told me that we had to get him out right away. 

"Tarek yelled I see his head, push push push. Our baby boy came out healthy and beautiful, I was in a state of shock it was a surreal experience. I was emotional and drained & so in love already...

"We have been in our own private bubble but today we are so happy to share Tristan and some of our our birth story with the world 🤍"

Who is Heather’s ex, Nick Ebert?

Heather Rae Young’s dating history appeared in season two of Selling Sunset as she broke up with hockey player Nick Ebert, who had been scouted to play in Sweden, which meant that Heather had to fly back and forth to maintain the relationship. 

They had been in a long-distance relationship since season one and were together for three years. When she met Tarek on  July 4, 2019, she was still dating Nick but they broke up shortly after, allowing Heather to get with Tarek. 

On Inside Vue, Nick Ebert revealed that he met Heather through his sister Jamie while he was at training camp for the Los Angeles Kings. He confirmed that the couple had broken up due to the long distance and their age difference, as Nick is six years younger than Heather.

Who is Tarek’s ex, Christina Haack?

Tarek’s dating history is pretty limited to his ex-wife Christina Haack. The two reality stars met while working at a real estate office before getting married in May 2009. The couple later called time on their marriage in 2016.

The duo worked together on their hit show HGTV series Flip or Flop and share a daughter Taylor, who was born in 2010, and a son Brayden, who was born in 2015.

The couple’s relationship really broke down around May 2016 when the Orange County Sheriff’s Department was called to their home because of a "possibly suicidal male with a gun." Authorities did reveal that Tarek had no intention of hurting himself, but the couple called it quits by the end of the year and issued a statement to Us Weekly in December 2016, saying:  “Like many couples, we have had challenges in our marriage. We had an unfortunate misunderstanding about six months ago and the police were called to our house in an abundance of caution. There was no violence and no charges were filed. We chose to get counselling to sort out our relationship. Together, we have decided to separate while we reevaluate the future of our marriage.”

Despite their divorce being finalized in 2018, the couple continued to work together on Flip or Flop but announced in March 2022 that the show would end for good with the season 10 finale.

The hit reality tv show is centered around the agents of a luxury California-based real estate brokerage called The Oppenheim Group, led by twin brothers Jason and Brett Oppenheim. The show not only shows us glimpses of glamorous houses we only wish we could afford but also all the drama that goes on between the fellow agents at the brokerage. 

From Heather and Tarek’s wedding to Chrishell Stause and Jason Oppenheim's short-lived relationship, there is a lot going on in Selling Sunset season 5. We thought that the arrival of new cast member Chelsea Lazkani to replace last season's newbies Emma Hernan and Vanessa Villela would be the biggest shock of the season but boy were we wrong. 'Selling Sunset': new season brings a reunion

Who is Chelsea Lazkani on 'Selling Sunset'?

Unlike many of the other members of Selling Sunset, Chelsea Lazkani was born and raised in the UK to a "real estate family" before she brought her sales talents across the pond. 

Her biography on The Oppenheim Group website reveals that she has a BA in Economics from the University of Birmingham and a Masters in Oil and Gas Economics from Scotland’s University of Dundee, which she completed in 2015.

Prior to 2017, Lazkani had moved to the US and was making more use of her degree working in the corporate world as a business strategist and solar analyst with companies in the oil and gas industry. She then got her real estate license so she could follow in the family profession and her first job was at Rodeo Realty Inc., which is the former employer of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles star, Josh Flagg. She worked at Rodeo Realty until January 2020 before taking a year out, as according to her LinkedIn page, she joined the Oppenheim Group in July 2021.

Upon her arrival at the O Group, she told Vulture: "I love real estate, and I know there is a lack of representation in my respective field. I wanted to have a platform to showcase how women of color can really succeed in this industry to encourage other minorities to get into it. There’s power in numbers."

Does Chelsea Lazkani get along with the 'Selling Sunset' cast?

Yes, even Christine Quinn. Chelsea Lazkani told People: "I just adore Christine. We have such a great relationship." (As many of you know, we're wondering if Selling Sunset can survive without Christine Quinn now that the most dramatic member of the group is gone.)

That's not necessarily the case in season 6. Chelsea and Bre Tiesi, the mother of Nick Cannon's son, Legendary, have gotten off to a rocky start—and seem to be staying there. She claims to not understand her situation, which makes things a bit off-putting for her. Luckily, Bre doesn't seem to have any intention of rebuilding their friendship, anyway.

Chelsea married Jeff Lazkani in 2017 and share two toddlers. He is the managing partner at Icon Media Direct, a marketing and advertising company, and according to his LinkedIn, it seems he has been working there his whole career. His mother, Nancy, founded the business.

It was actually through her husband Jeff Lazkani that Chelsea met Jason Oppenheim,

Back in December 2021, the unexpected pair of Selling Sunset's Chrishell Stause and Jason Oppenheim announced that they had decided to go their separate ways after a six-month relationship. 

The friends-to-lovers relationship hooked fans of the Netflix series from the get-go, but ultimately, the duo decided it was best to keep their connection platonic. In a lengthy Instagram post just before Christmas, on December 21, Stause gave her followers an update about her love life.

So now that Selling Sunset season 6 has finally arrived, what happened between Jason and Chrishell, and why did they split?

Chrishell Stause and Jason Oppenheim: what happened?

Chrishell and Jason first went public with their romance in July 2021, during a trip to Italy with their fellow Selling Sunset pals, Mary Fitzgerald and Romain Bonnet. After this, the couple were regularly pictured together out at dinners and events, and the pair even shared details of their relationship during season 5 of Selling Sunset.

But in December 2021, it was announced that the pair had split before Christmas. Explaining why, Stause and Oppenheim detailed the one factor that drove them apart.

In a statement on her Instagram, Chrishell said: "Jason was and is my best friend, and other than our ideas for family not ultimately not being aligned, the amount of respect and love we have for each other will not change going forward."

She continued: "I very much one day hope to have a family and decisions I make at this point are with that goal in mind."

Oppenheim echoed that sentiment with an Instagram post of his own, stating that he loves and respects Stause, but ultimately did not see eye-to-eye with her regarding family. 

After the news was announced, fans got to see the reality of Jason and Chrishell's break-up play out in season five of the show, which followed the pair from the beginning of their relationship to the very end.

In fact, in the final episode of the series, we saw Chrishell emotionally discuss their split with co-star Emma Hernan. 

"He just told me that he doesn't want to have a kid, and so as much as this hurts me to say, I've been clear with him about what that would mean, so we are done. We broke up," she explained, in tears.

Jason also broke down when discussing the pair's split during the season 5 reunion, where he even called Chrishell the "love of his life".

Through tears, he admitted: "There's a sadness and loss I think, and watching the show made it more difficult, brought it back up. 

"It's been a few months but I'm still just going through stuff and I think there was a lot of love between us, and I still care about her very much. This has been a very difficult breakup."

Sharing how much he still cares for his ex, he also said: "I can never think more highly of someone than I do Chrishell. She was an amazing girlfriend, and she would be an amazing mom. It's not that I think I made the wrong decision, it's just that I had a lot of respect and still have the utmost respect for Chrishell, and still love her as much today. It's difficult."

"Okay, this question has absolutely nothing to do with real estate, but I will answer it. As of very recently, actually, yes."

Of course, since the airing of season 5, Chrishell has begun a serious relationship with the singer G Flip—and very recently, announced that she and G Flip have actually just got married!

Stause coyly announced the news in an adorable Instagram video dedicated to her beau, which included a clip of the couple seemingly in a wedding venue, with Chrishell wearing a wedding dress and holding a bouquet of flowers.

Adorably, it looks as though Jason couldn't be any happier for his former girlfriend, as he even commented on the post sharing his delight over their marriage.

He wrote: "I am SO excited for this!! You and G are the most inspiring couple and the affection between you both is so pure. I love you two tons and am so lucky to have you both in my life. 😍 congrats!"

In fact, it was her boss, Jason Oppenheim, who first dropped word of the new relationship, telling Express in November 2020: "Amanza is traveling right now, she has a new boyfriend she's seeing in Europe. I do [know who it is] but I'm not going to say. I'll let them handle that." TMZ doubled down on that European beau rumor, saying that she is seeing "a pro soccer player from overseas." 

Amanza Smith was previously married to former NFL player Ralph Brown but separated after two years in 2012 and share custody of their children, daughter Noah and son Braker. Brown went mysteriously missing in September 2019 after messaging Smith: "My situation isn’t good right now. I can’t financially take care of the children. It’s not safe for them to be with me. You need to keep them until my situation changes."

While his location is still unknown, Smith's lawyer discovered court findings in which Brown renounced his custodial rights of their children. Smith was granted full custody in October 2021.

Cassidy Hiepler is a real agent at the Oppenheim group though she doesn't appear in the Netflix series. She took to TikTok to share what an actual day working at the agency is like and it’s truly a side we’ve never seen! The video now has over two million views and hundreds of thousands of likes.

Hiepler began her video in her car, on the way from a house showing back to the office, she even gave us a peek at the Oppenheim Group open house sign in the backseat.   

She then pulled up at the usually full LA office, in a cool outfit of jeans and a jumper, a huge contrast to the designer dresses and killer heels we’re used to seeing in there.

To her surprise and ours, the office was empty—but boy did it look festive. Inside the office was fully decked out with a decorated Christmas tree and cactus—even the iconic motorbike had been covered in twinkling lights. Though it did look very pretty, it’s so weird to see the office with neither Brett nor Jason in sight!

Hiepler also remarked on how strange it was that no one else was there, but she still sat down at one of the industrial metal desks to work, until it got dark, then she went home.

Pretty chill and just like a regular office job—though minus the multimillion-dollar house showings…

We’re now very interested to see what a ‘day in the life’ is like when the rest of the Selling Sunset cast are in—although perhaps she prefers to avoid the drama...

According to Christine Quinn, it's not all glitz and glamour on Selling Sunset, despite the splashy listings.  

The Oppenheimer Group realtor claims to have struggled filming the latest season—not because of her love triangle with Peter Cornell and Emma Hernan or bad blood with Chrishell Stause—but because of her emotional state after the arrival of her firstborn. 

In a frank interview with ET Canada, she opens up about the turmoil she experienced behind the scenes. 

"This season was really difficult for me," Quinn tells the outlet. "I did the best that I could with the emotions that I was dealing with at the time and that I'm still dealing with now."

Postpartum depression wasn't just a factor—she also admits to grappling with severe PTSD. 

After she went into labor two weeks earlier than expected, Quinn was anxious about her son's decreasing heart rate and the fact that he was wrapped in the umbilical cord. When she was forced into emergency surgery, her heart rate also began to decrease, so much so that a nurse went up to her husband, Christian, and told him to prioritize either his wife or his unborn child.

"My process was not easy by any means and on TV, they make it look easy. But I was struggling in real life. I really was," she said. 

Christine Quinn is not the first member of the show to discuss motherhood and its potential heartbreak. Quinn's coworker, Maya Vander, opened up on Instagram that she had a stillbirth at 38 weeks.

Chrishell Stause and Christine Quinn: what happened?

In an interview with Vulture, Stause claims Quinn tried to plant fake stories about her amid her divorce from the This Is Us actor and the death of her mother, and she makes no bones about it.

"It was a lot on my plate and kicking someone while they’re down and trying to spread a rumor that I was hooking up with someone. Both parties knew that is not what happened," Stause revealed to the publication. 

Although this prompted Stause to sue her costar, she did not follow through with any legal action.

Stause did claim that she had to fight off Quinn's second round of allegations that she and Oppenheim were a couple before they actually were in a relationship. 

Needless to say, there isn't exactly a warm and fuzzy feeling between the two realtors. It's entirely possible that things won't smooth over before Selling Sunset season 5, but that's part of the reality show's allure, right? After all, fans are currently soaking up the tension between Christine and Emma, both of whom were dating ex-NBA star, Peter Cornell. The Chrishell-Christine dynamic isn't any sweeter.

With Selling Sunset season 5 not hitting our screens until 2022, we’re all looking for any juicy details we can get on the dysfunctional but always glamorous Oppenheim group. This latest news, however, was so not what we were expecting—Twitter has uncovered a video of Christine Quinn singing—and it’s actually great!

Just when we thought the biggest goss to come from the Selling Sunset cast was that Chrishell Stause and boss Jason Oppenheim are dating—oh, how wrong we were!

Yes, it turns out Christine can sing! The Selling Sunset star, who gave birth to her first child this year, has been spotted in an old, resurfaced video, singing.

In the video, Christine is sitting next to a friend who is playing the guitar, dressed casually—which is a wild sight for all of us, as we’re used to seeing her in head-to-toe couture.  

The duo sings a mashup of Maroon 5’s 'She Will Be Loved' and One Republic's 'Counting Stars' and Christine’s voice is pretty impressive.

It’s safe to say fans were also blown away by her voice. User @jackremmington posted the video and captioned it “Obsessed with old Christine singing in her comfies.”

One fan commented in disbelief, saying: “Omg she actually sounds good! Going 🛫 music career!!”

While another said: “This….kinda slaps??”

Christine herself even spotted the tweets, replying with a gif of Kristen Wiig which says: “Yes I’m with him, I’m Mrs Igles… Mrs Iglesias.” Referring, of course, to the singer.

While Christine doesn’t really need a music career since she sells multi-million dollar homes, with huge commissions, and is married to a multi-millionaire herself, Christian Richards—it must be nice knowing she could have a plan b—or maybe Selling Sunset could get a few musical numbers?

Well, well. What have we here? Peter Cornell is causing a stir in the reality TV world, but who is he, exactly?

The ex-NBA player and sporadic actor is arguably best known as a messy dater. As the man responsible for the Christine and Emma Selling Sunset clash, he has proven that his moves off-court are not quite as smooth. After a reckless slip-up, the now 45-year-old managed to expose Christine and Emma, his two girlfriends, to one another. It goes without saying, but neither woman was thrilled with the discovery. 

The fourth season of the reality show has just landed on Netflix, and fans are already buzzing about this problematic love debacle between Oppenheim Group peers. Newcomer Emma Hernan and her costar Christine Quinn manage to bring up their mutual ex, without actually mentioning his name, but it's clear the drama is just as grand as those marvelous LA listings.

What happened between Peter Cornell, Christine Quinn and Emma Hernan?

Before we tell you more about the serial dater, allow us to fill you in on the predicament. Cornell was caught holding hands with Emma Hernan in 2018...by his other girlfriend, Christine Quinn. Quinn made this discovery while in a gym parking lot and stopped Hernan from leaving. 

"Let's just say you guys will be having some popcorn with that interaction," Hernan confided to Cosmopolitan. 

Yikes! Did we mention Hernan and Cornell were previously engaged, as were Quinn and Cornell?! Oh, he also managed to date Heather from Oppenheim Group as well. Clearly, Emma's empanadas aren't the only storyline that have caused a buzz this season!

Ultimately, Cornell is also the reason behind the friendship breakup between Quinn and Mary Fitzgerald, who ended up befriending Hernan. 

Who is Peter Cornell?

The realtor also served as the director of the sports and entertainment division of The Oppenheim Group. He got his start in basketball and played for several teams, including the Los Angeles Lakers, though he called it quits with the sport in 2009, according to US Weekly's big reveal. You'll catch him in basketball-focused films such as Like Mike and Space Jam: A New Legacy. 

Our super sleuthing skills have concluded that the former athlete is not on Instagram, thus giving us a sneak peek into his current love life, but Hernan has confirmed that she is currently single. Christine Quinn, pregnant with her first child at the beginning of 2021, is now mom to a six-month-old. (Yes, Christine Quinn is still married for those who were wondering.)

Considering all that has happened since the show's season 4 return, we can only imagine what awaits us in the future. Plus, there's a Selling Sunset spinoff, Selling Tampa hitting screens on December 15, and Selling the OC, which will appear on Netflix in 2022.
