Kendall Jenner's sheer dress and flower pasties look is all we want to wear this summer—here's how to copy the fit

Kendall Jenner just made flower pasties the must-have accessory for summer 2023...

While sheer dresses and 'no-pants' outfits have been dominating the fashion zeitgeist of late, Kendall Jenner's black dress moment just took the 'barely-there' trend one step further.

After filling us with all the vacation FOMO over her latest trip to Cannes—where the model already stepped out in her own see-through dress and bikini combo—Kenny has just jumped on yet another 'naked' dress trend. This time though, it involved an even more risque accessory that also just so happened to be a favorite on the Cannes Film Festival's red carpet.

Yes, according to the 818 founder's Instagram story, it seems we all need to add some flower-shaped pasties to our capsule wardrobes this summer...

Kendall Jenner's black dress and pasties look

We know what you're thinking, pasties and nipple covers don't usually act as the focal point of a fit, in fact their purpose is usually to prevent any unwanted nip-slippage. However, these Kendall Jenner pasties prove they can help to create a seriously knock-out fit, especially if they're flower shaped.

In case you missed it, Kendall took to her Insta story on Wednesday, May 31, 2023 to share a few snaps of her fit for the evening.

In the pictures, she wore an LBD, but the top half of the dress was made from nude mesh, with two red flower nipple tassels/pasties over the breast area. Kendall then paired the dress with a red scarf and black, pointed patent heels.

The dress itself was made by London-based designer David Koma and it's safe to say, we're obsessed. We're already well aware that Kendall Jenner's outfits never really miss, but Kenny and the 'see-through' trend is on a whole other level.

The look is also very reminiscent of the sheer dress she wore in January 2023, which has a similar flower detail on the neck...

And as mentioned, she's actually not the only celeb making a case for nipple pasties becoming a bonafide fashion statement. The likes of actress Elle Fanning and Doja Cat have also rocked the look in recent months.
