If you're starting to explore different lipstick shades or expand your repertoire now that face masks aren't (or are less of) a thing, going for a longstanding beauty industry favorite like MAC lipsticks could be a great place to start. And as the expansive color range can be overwhelming, picking from the most popular MAC lipstick shades is a great idea.

Online beauty retailer Lookfantastic has done a deep dive into the most popular MAC Lipstick shades to help us all on our journey to picking the perfect color for us— as, like with the best eyeshadow palettes, there is so much choice and it could take a while to decide which shades work for us.

The list features some of the most recognizable shades of all time across pinks, beiges, browns, and reds. Surprisingly, though, some iconic shades such as Ruby Woo and Lady Danger don't make the top 10—nor did Jennifer Aniston's Rachel Green lipstick color. Can you believe it?

Keep reading for the top 10 list in full and to find your next new lipstick shade...
