Prada's Monolith loafers have become THE must-have shoe and are no doubt an immovable addition to your capsule wardrobe wishlist. But if you can't quite swing their price tag, these Prada loafer dupes might just fill the void whilst simultaneously sparing you that designer $1000 spend.

These stylish swaps are especially apt with fall now approaching as, like with the Birkenstock Bostons, loafers are chilly-weather staples, which never fail to elevate your outfits.

And while these Prada alternatives may not bear that same, iconic triangle eponymous logo,  they do boast very similar chunky shapes—and unlike the fashion houses' pumps, they also provide major Quiet Luxury vibes...

Celebrities love the Prada loafers too

Beloved by the likes of Hailey Bieber and Kendall Jenner, the Prada loafers have become one of those viral, cult-favorite pieces that just about everyone wants. Alas though, their $1,200 price tag means that many of us will just have to keep on dreamin'.

Or not, as the case may be, as these stylish alternatives are just as cool, bold, effortlessly sophisticated and under the $200 mark...

How to style your chunky loafers

When it comes to loafers, we recommend keeping it simple—go for classic pieces to pair them with, like black or cream-tailored trousers, mid-blue jeans, or a black skirt.

For an office look for instance—or if you just want that Quiet Luxe vibe—we'd recommend pairing your chunky slip-ons with wide-leg pants and a white t-shirt or a cozy knit. Mini skirts are also so cute alongside a pair of loafers and some white ribbed socks.

To reach those sophisticated heights, coordinating your black leather or patent loafers with a matching handbag is also a good way to go. Plus during the fall and winter, if you're wearing trousers, you can get away with wearing warm, thick socks to ensure your feet stay warm.

Personally, when selecting your loafers, we think the chunkier the better. But that being said, smaller and more minimal pumps are also very in right now, so you can't go wrong!
