Is Danika Tanya Jason Oppenheim's new girlfriend? Here's what's going on between the influencer and realtor

Danika Tanya has entered the chat.

The content creator is seemingly attached to Jason Oppenheim, Selling Sunset star and founder of the luxury real estate company, The Oppenheim Group. But what's happening between the two, exactly?

Though we're still waiting for Selling Sunset season 7 to hit Netflix—which is likely to address Oppenheim's split from Marie-Lou Nurk, a model he met while abroad in Greece in 2022—it seems the reality star and realtor is moving on in the love department. Here's everything we know.

Jason Oppenheim spotted getting cozy with Danika Tanya

While on a gorgeous getaway to Saint-Tropez, France, Oppenheim was spotted with an equally gorgeous female companion, Danika Tanya. Onlookers caught the two sharing a smooch in the water and cozying up to one another while cooling off.

At the time of publication, it appears he's keeping his status on the down low. He has not publicly addressed his new romance, nor does Tanya appear in the realtor's photo carousel while vacationing. (He posted images to Instagram on Monday, August 21.) Page Six, however, caught the duo in plenty of smoochy situations, Aperol Spritz at hand.

Who is Danika Tanya?

Danika Tanya is a content creator with 11,000 Instagram followers and 37,000 TikTok followers. Her feed is filled with many a selfie in a variety of beautiful locations, including Italy, Mexico, and the UK, as well as shots of her fur baby, Fernie.

Tanya was seemingly romantically attached to someone earlier in the year, as evidenced on Instagram, but it seems they've gone their separate ways, and he's not tagged in any of the images.

Jason's ex Marie-Lou Nurk is also moving on

Apparently, these exes think alike. Marie-Lou Nurk was just spotted getting cozy with someone new, also in Saint Tropez a week before Oppenheim made his way abroad. Her new beau, judging from photos, is "Ronan RL" (according to Instagram) and he identifies as an "Entrepreneur, CEO, Business angel, venture capital" (also according to Instagram).

Nurk has been a little more forthcoming about her new relationship than Oppenheim, as she's sharing cheeky snaps of her vacation with her current flame with her followers. The group of photos of her getaway in France with Ronan is a screenshot of a text message that reads, "You're my favourite secret." Oo, la, la!

Though Oppenheim and Nurk appear to be moving forward, the Netflix reality star mentioned that they were on solid terms. Whether or not that's still the case is TBD.

“While we still love and care about each other very much the distance between us has proven to be too great a challenge to overcome,” Oppenheim wrote on Instagram, announcing his breakup with Nurk. “We remain close friends and continue to talk often and support each other and we want the very best for one another. We thank everyone for their support throughout our relationship."

We'll be sure to keep you posted if any additional steamy photos/tropical vacations emerge, so watch this space. In the meantime, we'll be patiently waiting for that new season of Selling Sunset. (Lookin' at you, Netflix.)
