Did Charli and Landon break up? Should fans be concerned about the radio silence as of late?

Landon Barker, pop-punk heir and son of Travis Barker, first met TikToker extraordinaire Charli D'Amelio in the summer of 2022 and went full-in on the relationship effect. The quintessential Gen Z pair seemed inseparable, posing together for selfies, mimicking lyrics on TikTok, and participating in joint interviews.

For Mini V, the two were photographed in a glitzy yet goth shoot that seemed to emulate their energy to a T. While discussing aspirations, favorite qualities, and what they love most, Barker said: "I have a few different mottos I like to live by but I think the one that has been the most prevalent recently would be, 'Do what you love with the people you love.' At least in my life, this line of thinking keeps me motivated to pursue my dreams and passions since I’m pursuing them with the people who mean the most to me."

D'Amelio undoubtedly means a lot to the up-and-coming musician, but what's going on with their relationship as of late? Here's everything we know.

Did Charli and Landon break up?

Although the two have been relatively quiet on social media—at least with their other half in tow—we don't believe that they're in the midst of a breakup. They still have imagery and photos of one another on their respective pages, and their latest postings were from June 2023, where they're seen getting cozy presumably after one of Barker's shows. Meanwhile, the Blink-182 mini-me posted videos on his TikTok hanging out with both D'Amelio and her older sister, Dixie.

Given that the two seem preoccupied—Barker gearing up for the release of new music, D'Amelio dancing and teaming up with various brands—we're assuming it's all peachy keen where their relationship is concerned. Plus, Kourtney Kardashian took to Instagram in early August to give Charli's new bob 'do the seal of approval.

Charli and Landon's relationship timeline

Summer '22 was the summer of love for this budding pair. They sparked dating rumors after a few cuddly snaps together and made things official in their relationship timeline in August 2022 when Barker posted an Instagram Story with D'Amelio with the caption "My ❤️ @charlidamelio."

In actuality, big sis Dixie did the honors of setting them up and suggested that Charli strike up a chat with the musician. And Charli claims the meeting was the first time she finally felt truly herself.

"I've put what everyone thinks of me above my own happiness and this was the first time that I really listened to my heart," she said, according to US Weekly

Since getting together, the two have stepped out to attend one of Kylie Jenner's product launch parties; Barker supported D'Amelio's Dancing With the Stars gig; they arrived as a couple at the 2023 Grammys, and Barker presented a Nickelodeon's Kids Choice Award to his lady.

Surely, we'll be given an update—likely over TikTok, of course—about the duo's next adventures. Stay tuned and watch this space for developments!
