Desperate to try the Emma Chamberlain Erewhon smoothie but don't want to splash $19 on it—or don't have access to the luxe food market? Here's how to recreate her cold brew-inspired blend at home...

At this point, Emma is as synonymous with coffee as she is with fashion (seriously, Emma's outfits are everything), what with having her own coffee company 'Chamberlain Coffee' and all. So, this Erewhon and Emma collab has definitely been a long time coming, and we're desperate to try it.

Alas though, while we've sussed out where to shop Emma Chamberlain's sunglasses, her new Erewhon drink isn't quite as accessible. Currently, the brand only has locations in California but thankfully, there's already a recipe circulating online that features just five ingredients...

What's in the Emma Chamberlain Erewhon smoothie?

Announcing their Erewhon collab on Instagram on Thursday, June 15, 2023, Chamberlain Coffee shared that Emma's 'cold brew cookie smoothie' is now available in Erewhon stores until July 14 and is made using their espresso blend.

The smoothie itself is described as having a 'nutty, chocolatey flavor' and, like Hailey Bieber's Erewhon smoothie, is packed with nutritious ingredients—however, it will set you back $19. But there is a silver lining, as with every purchase, $2 will be donated to food4farmers—love that, Emma!

As for what's actually in Emma's Erewhon cold brew, TikTok has come through as usual, with all the intel.

Taking to the app to share her review of the latest celeb smoothie, user @natalie_dewitt said: "It tastes like a coffee, chocolate, coconut, banana milkshake," (um, yum!), before claiming that in her opinion, it's better than Hailey's glazed strawberry offering.

In the video, she also shared a breakdown of the smoothie's ingredients, which include:

  • Chamberlain Coffee espresso
  • Zuma Valley coconut whip
  • Califia Farms Organic almond milk
  • Mikuna Superfood Protein
  • Sakura Beauty Drops
  • Chocolate Brownie Sweet Thins
  • Almond butter
  • Raspberry
  • Vanilla
  • Dates
  • Banana
  • Sea Salt
  • Toffee Stevia
  • Coconut meat
  • Tocos
  • Maca
  • Lucuma
  • Cacao powder
  • Cacao nibs
  • Maple syrup

From what we can tell, all the ingredients—bar the coffee, cocoa nibs and coconut whip—are blended together, before the espresso shot is then poured over it, and topped with the whip and dusted with cocoa nibs.

As mentioned, Erewhon only has locations in California, so if you're out of the area (or country for that matter) you're out of luck with trying the official Emma-approved drink. That being said though, Chamberlain Coffee has shared an easy, at-home recipe for fans desperate to recreate it...

While the official Emma Chamberlain's cold brew and cookie Erewhon smoothie recipe boasts over 20 ingredients, Chamberlain Coffee has shared an easy, 5-ingredient recipe to recreate at home:

  1. Chamberlain Coffee Espresso blend
  2. Your fave Almond milk
  3. Protein powder
  4. Coconut cream
  5. Chocolate cookies

We'd also recommend adding some frozen banana for thickness and for one of your five a day!

We can't wait to try this!
