While super matte finishes are still some people's thing, it's safe to say that glowy makeup looks have taken over in the past few years. Whether it's for subtle everyday wear or a glowing evening out, there's nothing quite like feeling like the healthiest, most radiant version of yourself, or being complimented on your radiant glow.

And while we're not at all suggesting that there isn't still a place for a flawless, matte base, it can't be denied that everybody from the supermodels to the cast of the Barbie movie have been sporting a real glow this season.

Ahead, our contributing beauty expert has shared her go-to glowy products, from the celebrity-loved Armani Luminous Silk Foundation to buys from e.l.f. Cosmetics and Charlotte Tilbury—plus, five looks courtesy of a few different famous faces to give you some inspiration for your next look.

1. Subtle smoky eye and a red lip

A red lip is enough of a statement that you can keep the rest of your eye a little understated.

2. All the shimmer

Shimmery eyes and dewy skin are a winning combination every time—particularly when you opt for an impactful color like pink, seen here.

3. Ultra glowy skin and a wing

Classic winged liner will never go out of style, especially when paired with glossy skin and a nude lip.

4. 90s lip

The 90s are almost always en vogue, proving that you really can't go wrong with a brown lip and a natural glow.

5. Smoky eye and wet-look lip

A smokey eye will never fall out of favor, and that's a fact. Pair it with an understated glossy lip for a 00s vibe.
