How to watch 'Temptation Island' in the UK and beyond

Even if you're not watching Stateside—or anywhere close to the hot and sizzling Temptation Island, for that matter—you can tune in with the help of a VPN. A VPN service allows you to change your device's IP address and thus unlock content that may be barred from your current geographic location.

We highly recommend Express VPN, the top-rated product from our sister site, TechRadar. You can try it risk-free with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Plus, your activity is secure, data is private and help is available whenever you need, 24/7. Should you encounter any issues while using the VPN, remember to delete the cookies from your device or switch to a new server.

Here's how to get started with a VPN, so you can watch Temptation Island from anywhere in the world:

  1. First off, you need to make sure you have a Peacock account so you can log in once your VPN is set up.
  2. Download ExpressVPN, using the easy-to-follow instructions.
  3. Once you've installed your VPN, open the app and select your server location as anywhere in the United States
  4. With your ExpressVPN installed and your location set to the United States, head to Peacock, log in and follow the instructions to stream Temptation Island. (Should you encounter any issues while using the VPN, remember to delete the cookies from your device or switch to a new server.)

What is 'Temptation Island' about?

Similar to other reality dating shows, including The Ultimatum: Queer Love and The Big D, couples are venturing to a tropical getaway (as they always seem to do) to put their relationships to the ultimate test. Will they walk out with a stronger connection than ever before...or will sparks fly with someone new?

Who is hosting 'Temptation Island'?

Mark L. Walberg (not to be confused with Mark Wahlberg) will assume hosting duties for Temptation Island season 5. (For reference, The Bachelorette's favorite success story, JoJo Fletcher and Jordan Rogers, will host The Big D in the hour after.)

What changes are coming to 'Temptation Island'?

Although the show premiered on FOX in the early 2000s, USA decided to make some changes to the series once the network took over in 2019. Every season since has gotten a makeover, number five included.

First things first: a brand-new temptation light will flash any time a contestant gets coupled up...or gives into temptation. That means it'll be pretty hard to be discreet. Additionally, an O.G. rule is getting an overhaul: couples who came to the island were previously able to send messages, but now for the first time, so can the singles.

These changes are leveling the playing field and will definitely make things messier for all involved, so much so that even Walberg had his doubts.

"It dials up everything," he told Screen Rant. "I was not a fan of it at first, but then when we put it in the show, I was like, 'Oh my god!'"

Are you really tempting yourself to stay away? We didn't think so! Catch Temptation Island season 5 on Wednesdays at 9pm on USA Network, or the next day on Peacock.
