While Love Island 2023 is delivering on the drama front, we've found ourselves rather distracted by Ella's designer specs. So, for anyone wanting to channel her villa vibe, here's where to shop Ella Thomas' sunglasses, plus some affordable dupes...

After retrieving our jaws from the floor after the first of Maya Jama's many Love Island outfits, it quickly became apparent that this year's islanders aren't messing around with their fashion game either. In fact, we've spotted a number of major brands amongst the Love Island sunglasses—especially from Ella Thomas.

We've seen the model-turned-islander (who is currently coupled up with Tyrique) wearing a pair of what appear to be Prada sunnies around the villa—which are also a staple in Maya Jama's own sunglass collection—plus a potential Versace pair! Here's where to shop them, plus some cheaper swaps...

Where to shop Ella Thomas' sunglasses from 'Love Island'

Now, from what we've seen so far of Ella's sunglass rotation, she appears to be wearing some rectangle Prada and Versace shades around the villa. Her Prada pair has also cropped up on her Instagram feed, so it makes sense that she would have tucked her faves into her Love Island suitcase. Though that being said, some eagle-eyed viewers have noticed something off with her shades—but we'll get to that in a minute!

Prada 51mm Rectangular Sunglasses

RRP: $378/£315

As far as we can tell, Ella seems to be wearing this rectangular pair from Prada (or else, some very close dupes). This rectangle pair (available at Farfetch) also look very similar to her shades.

Of course, they come with a heavy price tag, but thankfully similar styles are easy to find elsewhere!

Versace Biggie 53mm Round Sunglasses

RRP: $345/£243

As for Ella's Versace pair—they look very similar to these ones, with the same iconic gold logo on the frames and rectangular shape.

Her Prada sunglasses feature all-black frames, with the triangle Prada logo on either side, as well as dark-tinted lenses. The rectangle shape is very similar to the likes of Kendall Jenner's sunglasses style, so if you're already a fan, it might be worth the spend!

Her Versace pair are a very similar story, with gold detailing on the side and again, black rectangle frames—so clearly, Ella has found her go-to sunglass shape.

This style is very chic, and really helps to bring a cool, unbothered vibe, despite all the couple drama Ella is currently dealing with—we can already tell this season is going to be packed with memorable Love Island moments!

What's going on with Ella Thomas' Prada sunglasses?

If you've been tuning into season 10, you may have noticed that Ella seems to be wearing some sunglasses that look like a perfect match for Prada's iconic rectangle shades, but there's something off with the logo.

Now either she's wearing a really good dupe but we think this is unlikely as she has also been wearing a pair of Versace shades—and we're also pretty sure we spied a few other brands on her IG—so clearly she likes her designer specs. Plus you can still make out a tiny hint of gold and the overall, iconic triangle shape of the logo.

That being said though, the Prada logo is still hard to make out, with fans speculating that Ella has perhaps been asked to cover it by ITV producers. One quizzed: "Have they made Ella cover the Prada logo on her sunglasses or are they dupes?"

While another Tweeted: "They made Ella cover up the Prada logo on her sunglasses"

If you're hoping to take styling cues from Ella in the sunglass department, but can't swing for a designer price-tag, we've rounded up a few very similar pairs...
