Adele has been on our minds recently after rumors began swirling that her next album is coming soon. Fans have been all over Twitter predicting that said album will be titled ‘30’ and overall just going wild for any slice of Adele news. The relatable Queen then took to Instagram live, and in a word, it was ICONIC.

The Hello singer is not only adored for her incredible voice and moving power ballads, but also for her genuine and hilarious personality—which was in full force on Instagram live. We thought her attending Daniel Kaluuya's Oscar-after party was the highlight of 2021, but we were wrong. Her IG Live was and we’ll now be quoting it for years to come.

Not only did she treat us to a snippet of a brand new song ‘Easy on me’, but she also reminded us exactly why she’s the most relatable celebrity of them all, and how we actually all have a lot in common with her.

First of all, watching her try to figure out Instagram live, and her overall look of utter confusion through the whole thing was the best thing ever. She was really giving us mom energy.

She then began answering fan questions and her responses will now live in our minds rent-free, forever.

When a fan asked: “Are you excited for Beyoncé's new album?” Adele said, “Um of course I’m excited for Beyoncé’s new album, are you mad?”

Another then asked her what her favorite thing about lockdown was, to which she replied: “My favorite thing to do in lockdown was drink wine, obviously.”

She revealed that her go-to brunch drink was: “Aperol spritz babes”—which should now be Aperol’s official slogan.

The questions ranged from music-related to personal, but the one that really sent Twitter wild was when one viewer asked her what her body count was—for anyone who doesn’t know, a body count is how many people you’ve slept with.

Adele said: “What’s my body count? What does that mean?”

One fan said on Twitter: NOT SOMEONE ASKING ADELE WHAT HER BODY COUNT IS??? AND HER NOT KNOWING WHAT THAT IS I'M SCREAMING”
