You've probably heard of the TikTok shower head by now. The bathroom staple has become a game-changer for many ever since it was discovered on the app, where it went viral for being quite possibly the perfect shower head we've ever seen—or at least one that won't cost us a fortune.

We know what you're thinking: this is yet another product we never knew we needed before TikTok told us to buy it (like the refillable perfume atomizer or the trendy sunset lamps). But we mean it when we say that this one, like most other viral TikTok trends, is worth the hype.

Take a look for yourself...

This is just one of the dozens of examples that pop up when you search "shower head" on TikTok. The product by Zenbody and is a water-filtering shower head that helps remove impurities found in hard water that can strip your hair and skin of moisture and judging by the reactions on social media, it actually works.

Most of the videos on TikTok show users comparing their old shower heads to the Zenbody one, which appears to be a total upgrade. Not only does it look luxurious (it has a clear handle that shows orange and black Maifan stones inside—boujee!) but according to users, it left their hair and skin feeling healthier and as you can see in the videos, the pressure looks amazing too with one user (@makayla.domagalski) giving it an 11/10 rating.

If you're wondering what the purpose of the Maifan stones is (other than looking great, of course), they are a type of clay mineral that is often used to remove heavy metals from soil. They've been used in the shower to filter out chlorine (which dries out hair cuticles and the skin), heavy metals, or other contaminants from your tap water, to make sure you end up with cleaner and healthier hair and skin. This particular shower head is especially good if you live somewhere with contaminated water thanks to its filtering feature.

Luckily, it's pretty easy to get your hands on one. All you have to do is head over to Zenbody.com and it is available to purchase for $50. Unfortunately, this particular water-filtering shower head is only available in the US, but fear not. There are plenty of alternative versions of the same product (with the same powers) that do ship to the UK and other parts of the world, including the Feelso Shower Head and 15 Stage Shower Filter on Amazon, which is also available for the more affordable price of $28.99 (£20.95).

You'll also find the Magichome Ionic Shower Head on Amazon, which is priced at £12.23. With more than 4,900 perfect five-star reviews and an average star rating of 4.3, it's safe to say it'll do the job.

Happy showering!
