COVERGIRL is expanding its beauty horizons, and we're warning you now: make room in your skincare mini fridge.
For the first time ever, the cosmetics brand is segueing into skincare with the launch of a 100% vegan and clean line. Five new products have officially hit shelves, and they're intended to improve your skin's quality instantly and over time. (Time to add a lil' facial TLC to your self-care practices!)
“COVERGIRL is an icon in the makeup aisle with a deep heritage in skin-forward products, so breaking into the skincare category is a natural evolution for the brand,” said Andrew Stanleick—executive vice president, North America at Coty, owner of the brand—in a press release.
The following COVERGIRL skincare items are now on the shelves:
- COVERGIRL Clean Fresh Skincare Hydrating Cream Cleanser
- COVERGIRL Clean Fresh Skincare Priming Glow Mist
- COVERGIRL Clean Fresh Skincare Weightless Water Cream
- COVERGIRL Clean Fresh Skincare Mattifying Oil Free Moisturizer
- COVERGIRL Clean Fresh Skincare Dry Skin Corrector Cream
(Psst: this is the skincare product order you should be following for glowing results!)

Ideal for those with dry, stressed or sensitive skin, COVERGIRL's correcting cream consists of hyaluronic acid, soothing jojoba and shea butter. It won't leave behind a greasy residue or affect your makeup application.
"We know consumers are more skin-aware than ever and want ingredient-conscious products at an accessible price point," Stanleick adds.
Need a TV show recommendation? Maybe a few decor tips? Danielle, a digital news writer at Future, has you covered. Her work appears throughout the company’s lifestyle brands, including My Imperfect Life, Real Homes, and woman&home. Mainly, her time is spent at My Imperfect Life, where she’s attuned to the latest entertainment trends and dating advice for Gen Z.
Before her time at Future, Danielle was the editor of Time Out New York Kids, where she got to experience the best of the city from the point of view of its littlest residents. Before that, she was a news editor at Elite Daily. Her work has also appeared in Domino, Chowhound, and amNewYork, to name a few.
When Danielle’s not writing, you can find her testing out a new recipe, reading a book (suggestions always welcome), or rearranging the furniture in her apartment…again.
