A Kourtney and Travis baby could be on the way, as Kourtney Kardashian's IVF journey was revealed in a brand new preview of the family's new reality show.
Our excitement for the Kardashians on Hulu was already at an all-time high, before the full trailer dropped—and along with it, a number of juicy revelations too. Not only did it tease more info about Kim K and Pete Davidson's relationship, but it also hinted that the newly engaged Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker are undergoing IVF treatment as they try for a baby.
During the full trailer, Kourtney shared that she and Travis wanted to have a baby. In the clip we saw the couple at a fertility clinic, closing the door as Travis was asked for a ‘sample’ in a cup—thankfully Kourt suggested that they take their mics off for that part!
However, a newly-dropped preview of the upcoming show has now seemingly confirmed that the couple are undergoing IVF. In the clip, Kourtney is seen talking to momager Kris about her baby journey, saying, “Travis and I want to have a baby, and so my doctor took us down this road of doing IVF." However, the mom-of-three also shared that it "hasn’t been the most amazing experience."
She told Kris that cruel trolls keep commenting about her body and weight, saying, “Every single person on social media is always like, 'Kourtney’s pregnant, Kourtney’s pregnant, Kourtney’s gained so much weight'—it’s so rude to comment on people when you have no idea what they’re actually going through.”
Kourtney also then revealed her struggle with the IVF treatment, adding, “The medication they’ve been giving me, they’ve put me into menopause.”

The high-profile couple already has five children combined from their previous relationships. Kourtney shares three children with ex-Scott Disick—Mason, 12, Penelope, 9, and Reign, 7—while Travis has a daughter, Alabama, 16, and son, Landon, 18, with his ex-wife Shanna Moakler. So it's exciting that the pair have decided to take their relationship to the next level and add to their ever-growing family together!
It looks as though the new series will be expanding even further on the couple’s pregnancy journey, as a source told US Weekly that they have, “set their hearts on a big family and agreed there was no point in delaying or waiting to be married first.”
Here’s hoping the couple has some good news soon. And a polite reminder to always be kind on social media and avoid commenting on people’s bodies, thanks!
