Bridgerton star Regé-Jean Page is returning to Netflix—and we can't wait

While Bridgerton fans won’t get to see Regé-Jean Page in regency clothing they WILL get to hear his swoon-worthy voice in Netflix's new documentary

Big news Bridgerton fans—Regé-Jean Page is back on Netflix and while we won’t be seeing him return as the Duke of Hastings in Bridgerton Season 2, we're pretty excited by this new project of his.

If you are a fan of falling asleep to his dreamy voice thanks to his Calm app bedtime stories, Page’s latest career venture may be right up your street—though you won’t want to doze off and miss any of this action.

Netflix has released a new trailer for an epic nature documentary titled Surviving Paradise: A Family Tale narrated by—you guessed it—Regé-Jean Page. The documentary will follow families of animals, including lion prides and herds of Elephants, as they navigate the ever-changing and harsh landscape of the Okavango Delta in northern Botswana.

Over the dramatic trailer, you can hear Page’s dulcet tones say: "In this land, family is everything. It’s the bonds within the pride, and the pack and the herd that allows each member to succeed. And nowhere are these bonds tested more fiercely than in the great Okavango Delta."

He continues, "Through the chaos and the hardship of the coming year, fates will intertwine and incredible relationships will be forged. But in the Delta, change can come suddenly and upend the family's peaceful existence. The greatest weapon in their fight to survive is each other." We can already tell this doc will have us gripped and sobbing in equal measure…

The stirring documentary is about 90 minutes worth of breathtaking imagery, and fans will likely get to hear Regé-Jean Page's voice for the majority of this. Thank you Netflix!

It drops on March 3 in both the US and the UK, and will definitely leave you both swooning over Page, and emotional over all the little lion cubs we’ll no doubt get to see. Sounds like a win-win to us...

What else can we see Regé-Jean Page in?

Thankfully this isn’t all the news we have on the Duke at the moment. He is also set to star in Netflix’s 2022 thriller, heist movie The Gray Man, alongside Chris Evans, Ryan Gosling, and Ana De Armas—what a line-up!

Sadly, it’s yet to get an official release date or trailer, but at least we have the return of Bridgerton on March 25 to tide us over—not to mention all the best Bridgerton memes to scroll through...
