The Regency-era series had us captivated from the very start and the best Bridgerton memes which followed shortly, continue to be the gift that keeps on giving—seriously, we're still not over the Duke and his spoon.

Thankfully, we won't have to wait too much longer for the next installment. Yes, Bridgerton Season 2 will be dropping on March 25—clear your diaries and get it locked in! But, until then, these memes will have to suffice.

The Duke & I, focusing on Daphne (played by Phoebe Dynevor), the eldest daughter of the high society family the Bridgertons. Young and naive, she steps into the marriage market and finds love with the Duke of Hastings (played by the dreamy Regé-Jean Page), but it doesn't come without complications and toxicity along the way, of course.

Fans (including us) were instantly hooked on the Gossip Girl-esque regency drama set in 1815 thanks to not only the handsome Duke (he can lick our spoon any day) but the juicy plot points, fabulous costumes, and the incredible Bridgerton cast. And naturally, the memes haven't stopped.

From sexual innuendoes and the hilarious modern-day takes on the Duke and Daphne's relationship to jokes about Lady Whistledown and endless comparisons to Gossip Girl, here are some of the funniest Bridgerton memes online...

These are the best Bridgerton memes on the internet
