She's here! The first-ever Taylor Swift TikTok—or should we say #SwiftTok—has been unleashed into the wild, and fans are studying its every tiny detail. Get ready for all-things cats and delightful cottagecore trends to flood your newsfeed.
On Monday, August 23rd, the music sensation decided to release a quick snippet rapping along with "Screwface Capital"— which features the line "My outstanding payments swift like Taylor"— to give fans a small update.
"Lots going on at the moment: Red (my version) vinyl is up for presale on my site and oh I’m on TikTok now let the games begin," Taylor writes.
The singer already amassed close to 400,000 followers and 1.3 million video plays in just two short hours. Let's be honest: are we surprised? Not at all. Just wait until she starts dropping Easter eggs all over her feed—then the games will truly begin.
(You can preorder Red online (opens in new tab)now ahead of its fall release!)

Earlier this summer, the Taylor Swift puzzle that made the rounds on Twitter and Instagram gave hardcore fans something to decipher, which naturally they did with ease. The 13x13 word search referenced Red (Taylor’s Version), which debuts on November 19th.
"*presses post* *cackles maniacally* Level: casually cruel in the name of being honest," says Taylor's caption.
But the joke's on her because the truly devoted listeners were able to uncover that the rerelease will include appearances from the likes of Phoebe Bridgers, Ed Sheeran and Chris Stapleton. Nice try, Swift!

Time will tell what the superstar treats us to, but we're anxious to see not only Olivia, Benjamin and Meredith cameos, but sneak peeks of her new projects. It's safe to say TikTok won't ever be the same.
