If you’ve been binge-watching Bling Empire season three, it may have come as a surprise to you that Christine Chiu competed in Dancing With The Stars 2021. Whether you watched it but need a refresher on how she did, or missed the memo altogether, here’s exactly how Christine Chiu’s Dancing With The Stars appearance went…

Yes, Christine swapped her designer heels for some dancing shoes as she fulfilled a lifelong dream by competing in Dancing With The Stars—an iconic dancing competition in the US (for our UK readers, it’s the equivalent of Strictly Come Dancing). If you’re not a fan of the show—which is now on its 31st season—her announcement of the news in Bling Empire may have come a bit out of the left field.

In episode four of the third instalment of Bling Empire, we see Christine get the call—whilst having some cosmetic work done by her husband Dr. Chiu—that she has landed a spot in the competition. We were then treated to a little sneak peek of her practicing with pro-dancing partner Pasha Pashkov as she prepared for her dancing debut. So how did she get on in Dancing With The Stars?

Which season of 'Dancing With The Stars' was Christine Chiu on?

Christine featured on season 30 of the iconic dancing show, alongside the likes of Mel C (yes, as in the Spice Girls), YouTuber and Dance moms star JoJo Siwa and Olympic gymnast, Suni Lee.

Christine was partnered with Pasha, with whom she scored her highest score of 28 points dancing the Paso Doble.

Sadly her stint on the show was short and sweet, as she was the second celebrity to be eliminated. She and Pasha were sent home in week three, on 'Britney Spear Night' after ranking seventh on the leader board with their Paso Doble—which they danced to Britney’s Stronger.

This was actually their highest-scoring routine, with 28 points but unfortunately, it wasn’t quite enough to keep them in the competition. Though it’s safe to say that she could dance circles around us!

Following their exit, Christine took to Instagram to share what the experience meant to her. Sharing a carousel of her best moments, she wrote: “Wow. What a whirlwind these past few weeks have been. This process has given me such confidence & shown me that I’m capable of some really amazing things once I set my mind to it.

"Thank you to @pashapashkov for always building me up in the rehearsal room and dance floor. Thank you to @dancingabc for this incredible opportunity, and most importantly thank you to everyone who posted, texted, and voted online. Your support has meant the world to me! 🙏🏼💖"

She then added: “To my fellow dancers of #DWTS30, Baby G and I will be cheering you on from his playroom 🙌🏻 One of the best parts of this whole process has been playing the episodes back for him because he’s seeing how much fun I’m having. I know I made him proud 💕 XOXO, Christine.”

So, while her dancing career may have hit a bump in the road, fans can still catch Christine in all her finery in the latest season of Bling Empire.
