Is Christine Quinn still married? What we know about the 'Selling Sunset' star's relationship

A lot has happened since the season five finale of our favorite real-estate reality show, so much so that fans are wondering: is Christine Quinn, Selling Sunset's breakout star, still married to her husband? 

The last season of Selling Sunset was such a hit among fans that Netflix renewed it for both a sixth and seventh season (the former of which is out now!). And there's been plenty of drama and life changes to fill up that time in between seasons. Heather Rae Young and her hubby Tarek have had a baby, Chrishell Stause got married to G Flip, and there are two newbies to the Selling Sunset world—Nicole Young, and Bre Tiesi.

And among the big news was the announcement that the show's OG villain, Christine, wouldn't be returning for season 6 of the show and that she'd left The Oppenheim Group altogether! So, given that we won't be able to catch up on Christine's life on Selling Sunset season 6, here's everything we know about Christine Quinn and her husband.

Is Christine Quinn still married?

Yes, Christine Quinn is still with her husband Christian Richard (officially known as Christian Dumontet).

The couple, who got married in December 2019 and welcomed their first child in May 2021, are very private about the whirlwind romance that saw them saying "I do" after less than a year together.

But it's something Christian shed a little light on at their engagement party: "Christine, I met you in Beverly Hills not even a year ago, and I absolutely fell head over heels in love with you. We had instant banter, which is really special, you don’t get that too often." 

Christian and Christine still maintain a relatively private relationship, which could be the reason why people sometimes question whether or not they are still together. 

However, the pair have made a few red carpet appearances recently, showing off some adorable PDA that proves they are as solid as ever!

In fact, the couple have recently gone into business together, too. Christine and Christian now both head up RealOpen, an online real estate brokerage—so they're also business partners as well as life partners.

How did Christine Quinn and Christian Richard meet? 

Christine revealed on Dear Media's "Not Skinny But Not Fat" podcast that she met retired software engineer Christian Richard through a mutual friend who knew he was looking for a house. 

"She went on a date with him and she just wasn't into it. And she was like, 'Hey, I went on a date with this guy and just like, not feeling it, but I do know that he is looking for a house,'" Christine told podcast host Amanda Hirsch. 

It was after helping him find a house (Christine sold Christian the home of Crystal Hefner, widow of Playboy founder Hugh Hefner, in 2019) and going on a date with him that she realized he was more than her average client: “He's like different. He's funny.

"And then, you know, we started dating immediately and then when we were looking for houses, we were looking for houses like for us, you know, so it really was like the perfect situation and I kind of manifested it." 

Is Christine Quinn still on 'Selling Sunset'? 

As you may well know, Christine will no longer be starring on Selling Sunset, having come to a mutual agreement with Netflix a few months ago to depart from the show.

Similarly, she is also no longer an agent at The Oppenheim Group after the drama of season 5, and after setting up her own online brokerage.

So if you were hoping to to see more of Christine Quinn and Christian Richard's relationship play out on screen, you're unfortunately out of luck!
