Sweater weather is calling, and the Gigi Hadid clothing line has graciously answered.

The supermodel has taken a step off the runway and cat-walked her way into a new project: Guest in Residence. Sure to be a staple among the best comfy loungewear, her upcoming collection of knits will include cozy but chic styles in an array of colors.

Hadid's first-look photos on Instagram give fans a glimpse into her fabric swatches, piles of clothing and up-close looks at styles that she's sporting herself. (That purple hoodie!) Unfortunately, as most sneak peeks go, everyone's left wanting more.

Although we can't quite piece the collection together just yet, we can tell that these knit pieces will make excellent additions to our capsule wardrobes. Is anyone else ready to fast forward to cool autumn weather after seeing this?

Although there's still a lot to learn about Guest in Residence, eager beavers can sign up for the brand's newsletter on the website. At the moment, we're just treated to a "coming soon" sign, and the line's Instagram page is empty...for now. All it says is "KNITTERS," but needless to say we're on board.

Earlier this year, Hadid spoke candidly about her style evolution to Harper's Bazaar and noted that she's gained more confidence to do what feels right to her stylistically.

"Over the years, I’ve really leaned into just dressing how I feel on that day and not being so caught up in the style of the moment, or doing something that doesn’t feel comfortable to me for the sake of a certain ‘look’," she revealed.

Perhaps what we love even more about the model and fashionista marching to the beat of her own drum is that she appreciates a good lounge day.

"Look, there are days when I feel good and then there are days when it is clearly all about sweatpants—and you can judge me for that, or you can see that I am a real person," she added.

A launch date for Guest in Residence has yet to be revealed, but we'll be sure to update you as soon as we learn more. If you need us, we'll be dreaming about long sleeves and planning nail ideas for fall. PSL, anyone?
