Our blood pressure has skyrocketed thanks to the Selling Sunset season 5 trailer.

When we last checked in with our favorite realtors, Chrishell Stause and Jason Oppenheim's romance was blossoming, Peter Cornell had initiated a disaster and Christine Quinn gave birth—to name just a few selling points.

The dynamic has since changed, the listing prices have climbed and Quinn's outfits have become even more extravagant. The next chapter for the West Coast real estate company is sure to be a dramatic one—just have a gander at that teaser if you're unconvinced.

Can someone please pass a few of Emma's empanadas while we indulge?

Things start out quite blissfully in this teaser with a retreat to the Mediterranean. Naturally, that sentiment didn't last long.

"I was wondering why I wasn't getting listings, then I'm like 'Oh yeah. It's cause I'm not f****** my boss," Quinn pondered.

The floodgates have opened, friends.

'Selling Sunset' Season 5 release date

Selling Sunset season 5 is coming to Netflix on April 22. The streaming giant announced the news on Twitter, writing: "Drama! Drama! Drama!" Give it to us!!

What will happen in 'Selling Sunset' season 5?

Chelsea Lazkani, Selling Sunset's newest cast member to take on a role at the Oppenheim Group, is kind of an after thought as far as this teaser is concerned, as all eyes are on the Chrishell-Jason love affair. Well, we'll be acquainted with her soon enough! Hang in there, girlfriend.

Annndd back to our favorite couple. Though Chrishell Stause and Jason Oppenheim split, it's safe to say that their union has caused plenty of tension amongst colleagues (if Quinn's reactions are any indication.) They remain on friendly terms, but fans are likely crossing their fingers for a reconciliation.

We also know that Rae El Moussa and her fiancé Tarek tied the knot, a Chrishell Stause book release caught the attention of book clubs everywhere and Maya Vander sadly went through a heartbreaking pregnancy loss. There's going to be plenty of time to play catch-up once the new episodes hit Netflix.

Who will return for 'Selling Sunset' season 5?

Everyone will be returning, but many fans feared Quinn would not, after storming out of a party following an explosive fight with Mary in season 4. As she left, there were mutterings from the cast that she should quit.

Quinn however, set the record straight after the rest of the cast posted pictures without her while filming for season 5—which caused more speculation that she had left.

She posted to Twitter saying: "Got cut off and I'm SOOOOO tired of addressing this. I am in every single episode of seasons 4 and 5 of selling sunset. The girls intentionally leave me out of photos. I have real work to do besides sit on my phone and prove 24/7 that I'm filming a TV show. Yall going to see me."

Guess every show needs its villain.

Let the drama begin! We're ready to watch it all unfold. Oh yeah, and the sprawling California homes look nice, too.
