Everyone is curious about Andrew Garfield's dating life and we can't say we blame them—especially after his latest appearance at Wimbledon 2023, alongside a certain pop singer, which has sent fans into a rumor-fueled spiral...
It's fair to say The Amazing Spider-Man star is no stranger to the relationship rumor mill. In fact, in 2023 alone he's been linked to the likes of Amelia Dimoldenberg—after their now-legendary chemistry at the Golden Globes—not to mention that Florence Pugh and Andrew Garfield Oscars moment, which set onlookers playing matchmaker. And now, the internet is ablaze with new speculation following a sighting of the actor and the Thank U Next hitmaker, Ariana Grande, hitting it off at the Wimbledon Men's final...
So, if you too are curious about whether Peter Parker is currently attached, allow us to down the actor's love life and all the recent murmuring—for serious purposes, of course.
Who is Andrew Garfield dating?
So, who is Andrew's real-life MJ? Well, the answer isn't quite so obvious, as he likes to keep things quiet.
"I’m not in the public eye to a great degree because I’ve designed it that way for myself,” he told Bustle in November 2021. “For my work, I’m fine with it, but otherwise, I fight for my right for a private, personal life."
Alas though, that hasn't stopped fans from speculating, especially after he was spotted sitting next to and chatting with Ariana Grande on Sunday, July 16 2023 at Wimbledon 2023—the latter of whom, eagle-eyed onlookers noticed was without her wedding ring. But is there actually anything romantic going on between Andrew Garfield and Ariana Grande?
Are Andrew Garfield and Ariana Grande dating?
Despite murmurings about whether Ariana Grande is still married—after she was seen without her wedding ring and reports of the pair separating—no, it doesn't appear that Ari and Andrew Garfield are dating.
For those who don't know, Ariana Grande married real estate agent, Dalton Gomez back in 2021 and despite the breakup reports, Ariana has not yet shared any updates on her relationship status, so we should assume for now, that these new dating rumors are just that.
This whole saga began after Ari was seen alongside Andrew and her Wicked co-star, Jonathan Bailey at the Wimbledon Men's Final on Sunday, July 16, 2023. Despite the interaction looking nothing but casual and friendly, fans were quick to comment after noticing her missing wedding ring.
This is however the first time Andrew and Ari have been pictured together...like ever—so, let's not jump to conclusions, folks!
So, here you have it—as far as we know, Andrew appears to be single, but he did have plenty of buzz-worthy relationships in years past. (But should the Tick, Tick...Boom! actor need a date, we volunteer as tribute.)
Andrew Garfield's dating history
While Andrew may appear to be single right now, he's dated quite a few A-listers over the past few years...
Andrew Garfield and Amelia Dimoldenberg (2023)
Everyone was patiently waiting for the Andrew Garfield Amelia Dimoldenberg reunion at the Oscars, but sadly, it never came. After their palpable connection at the Golden Globes and the GQ Men of the Year Awards, we were excited for another round of their flirty banter. Alas, the two did not seem to make their way into each other's orbit, but we're going to be extra attentive on the next red carpet, that's for sure. They don't appear to be an item, at least not yet. We'll have a better idea at the next Hollywood event!

Andrew Garfield and Phoebe Dynevor (2022)
Who's better suited for romance than lady Bridgerton? Andrew Garfield and Phoebe Dynevor allegedly crossed paths at the GQ Men of the Year Awards—a very popular event, wouldn't you say—but somehow managed to elude the cameras.
"They know each other through various acquaintances in the business and have plenty in common," a source told The Sun. "But this is certainly no one-off encounter. After leaving together, they've since met up and are acting like a proper couple."

Andrew Garfield and Alyssa Miller (2021-2022)
The actor and the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model were a short-lived pair, but it appears they remain on solid terms. According to Life & Style, when rumors began to swirl on social media regarding their split, she said: "If you must gossip at least use a cute photo. Lol love you AG."
Andrew Garfield and Christine Gabriel (2021)
The two began a summer fling that lasted until the end of 2021, allegedly spending quite a bit of time together in New York City.
Andrew Garfield and Aisling Bea (2019)

Andrew Garfield and Rita Ora (2018-2019)
Garfield likes to play things cool, and not much is known about his union with Rita Ora. She, too, didn't like to give away any details. According to US Weekly, when she had been asked about her favorite Spider-Man character, she dodged the question. Rita has since married New Zealand filmmaker Taika Waititi.

Not much is known about their romance, but they did look pretty cozy in Malibu back in the day!
Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone (2012-2015)
There must be something on that Spider-Man set! Zendaya and Tom Holland took a page from their predecessors' book and got together after filming.
Once The Amazing Spider-Man wrapped in 2012, Garfield and Stone were in love. After a few years, they did go their separate ways. However, that never stopped Garfield from cheering on his former partner throughout her career milestones. (He gave her a standing ovation at the 2017 Oscars.)
According to a Us Weekly source in 2015: "They still have a lot of love for one another and they are on good terms with each other and remain close."
Shannon Woodward (2008-2011)
It's hard to think back to a time before Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield, but the first serious relationship that Hollywood got to see was his three-year-long pairing with Shannon Woodward.
