It seems the former Disney star has gotten close to Ari Fournier, and there's evidence on Instagram

Looks like love is in the air—quite literally. Ari Fournier has made her debut on Cole Sprouse's Instagram, seemingly confirming their budding romance. After all, nothing says commitment like a public declaration on social media. Let's take a look and see what it all means!

Cole Sprouse and Ari Fournier are Instagram official

The artsy snap is not the typical first couple photo one might expect—in fact, it's just Ari. She's seen in a colorful, oversized floral top, sunglasses, and a hat in the backdrop of a beautiful blue sky with birds flying about. One might even mistake the image for an Urban Outfitters ad if they're not in tune with the situation. Cole's caption reads: "Tippi and the burds."

We'll be the first to admit, it is pretty cute!

How can we be sure it's true love? The actor further commented via Instagram stories that it's "time to piss off the 14yos again," which would mean admitting that he's no longer on the market, much to his fanbase's dismay. Naturally, the kiddos took to the comments section to show their disapproval. Never before have we seen so many "no's". One user even wrote, "manifesting a clean comment section" because the backlash had gotten out of hand.

Looks like Cole Sprouse and Ari Fournier are embarking on a romantic journey, so the tweens are going to have to get used to it. Plus, Ari also posted a similar photo to Cole's on her own Instagram account, so it looks like that's that!

Who is Ari Fournier?

Ari Fournier is no stranger to picture-perfect shots. She's been modeling since she was discovered on Instagram at 15 years old. She's represented by Elite Model Management, according to Elle (opens in new tab). The soon-to-be 23-year-old hails from Canada, speaks French, and shares her love for travel and beauty on her lifestyle-focused YouTube channel (opens in new tab). (We'll be studying that killer beach wave tutorial she has featured.)

We're also pretty impressed with her equestrian skills. She has plenty of shots on her Instagram feed with horses, and she totally looks like a pro! (2024 Summer Olympics, anyone?)

When did Cole Sprouse and Ari Fournier start dating?

The two first sparked dating rumors earlier this year after Cole's breakup from his Riverdale co-star Lili Reinhart. But the split seemed amicable judging from Cole's Instagram.

"Lili and I initially separated in January of this year, deciding to more permanently split in March," the actor wrote, accompanied by a sweet image of the star. "What an incredible experience I had, I’ll always feel lucky and cherish that I had the chance to fall in love. I wish her nothing but the utmost love and happiness moving forward. All I’ll say about it, anything else you hear doesn’t matter."

We're happy to see the new romance taking off—and the peaceful break with Lili. As for the pre-teens, it looks like they're going to have to brace themselves for more sweet Instagram shots in the future.
