Yes, throughout that entire Scandoval mess, Ariana and Tom Sandoval were *still* living under the same roof. Here's what we know about the exes' home situation

One of the most shocking reveals from the Ariana and Tom Sandoval breakup is that through all of that Vanderpump Rules drama—through Tom Sandoval and Raquel Leviss' cheating scandal, through that Scheana Shay restraining order, through those new "is Raquel pregnant?" rumors—the famous exes shared an address the whole time.

The couple broke up after a decade-long relationship due to the March 2023 discovery that Madix's partner and close friend had engaged in an affair for the better part of seven months. Viewers saw Ariana finally confront Sandoval about the affair in the season 10 Vanderpump Rules finale on Wednesday, May 17.

Given how harsh the interaction deservedly was (“Any last words before we never speak again?” Ariana iconically ate her ex up during the finale), we're surprised that the reality star could stomach living with her cheating ex. But it looks like we just got an update on Tom and Ariana's living situation. Here's what we know.

Are Ariana and Tom Sandoval still living together?

Given that the pair was together for nearly a decade, it's not surprising that the longtime couple not only lived together but owned property: a 4,334-square-foot, five-bedroom farmhouse in Valley Village, California. Moving out of a shared abode after a breakup is always a mess, but it's even more complicated when ownership is involved.

"They own the house together, and what happens next with the property will take time to sort out," a source told People. "This isn't something that's going to be decided in a weekend." Sandoval and Madix purchased the home for $2.075 million back in 2019, the outlet reported.

Madix revealed her real estate plans during a May 18 appearance on Today With Hoda & Jenna: "I’ve been on the phone with a real estate agent. I would like to sell that house and move somewhere, own my own place, on my own, and start a new life.”

Well, it looks like those plans are turning into action: a May 21 Instagram Story from Ariana Madix reveals that the reality star might finally be on the move following her much-publicized split from Sandoval.

The video features Ariana standing in front of a stack of moving boxes, captioned with the words "Ready to dip out" and a coy smiley face emoji. Indeed, Page Six reports that the Pump Rules personality was seen smiling and packing boxes and luggage into a U-Haul truck at the Valley Village property. Moving trucks reportedly dropped her and her belongings at a new address about fifteen minutes away from her former home.

“Ariana is relieved to get out of that house,” a source told the publication. “She is ready to begin a new chapter.”

Amen to that!
