Gwen Stefani's new look proves that bobs are Hollaback, girl. The No Doubt frontwoman is never one to shy away from bold styles—we can't stop thinking about her recent 90s dip-dyed hair—and her latest 'do is no exception.

Stefani ditched her signature platinum blonde locks for a chic, brunette bob hairstyle in a recent Wonderland photo shoot. The iconic songstress shocked fans as she sported the new look, complete with a heavy set of bangs, paired with a stunning, ruffled couture gown.

The blunt-cut bob comes courtesy of celebrity 'glambassador' and Stefani's longtime stylist Danilo Dixon, who "specializes in creating distinctive, iconic styles for award-winning films, music videos, live performing arts, ad campaigns, and fashion runways globally," according to talent agency The Wall Group

Stefani captioned the shot snapped by Ellen Von Unwerth : "feeling like this emoji 💁🏻‍♀️ with a better outfit gx."

Sadly, the new look seems to be a wig—as Stefani posed in another Wonderland shot with her usual head of platinum blonde hair, as shown in an Instagram posted by the shoot's nail artist Carolyn Orellana

Regardless, fans were living for the wig moment as one commenter left: "Jaw-dropping!!!!! Get, Gweny Gwen Gwen."

"Giiiirrrlllll..... the black bob is POPPING!! I rocked one for 12 years! Super sexy!"

Another gushed at the post, adding: "Wow. Ditch the blonde and go dark!"

Stefani stans also took to Twitter praising her recent slay, as one commenter said: "GWEN! Just when I think, a certain picture is my favorite from this mag, you post yet another one that I love so much!! "

Stefani scored Wonderland's 2021 spring-summer cover shoot ahead of her upcoming album. In the write-up, she reflects on her creative process and gives fans some juicy gems on her recent collaboration with Dua Lipa.

The singer also discussed the music video for her new single 'Let Me Reintroduce Myself', which sees Stefani recreate several iconic looks from her famously fashionable career. Of the video, she said: "We recreated the looks how I wish I would have really looked then if I had people helping me, like a stylist or something...Things were just a little bit shorter, and the hair was just a little better, you know?" Good hair, indeed!
