Certain members of the zodiac will be anxious to get some shut-eye.

According to a new study on sex dreams, particular astrological signs are more likely to encounter erotic reveries once they tuck in. (Who's fetching the best sleep masks out of their nightstand as we speak?)

Although many of us turn to the stars for answers to our questions—have you seen your November horoscope, by the way?—the study does more than dig into astrology. It focuses on the content of these sexual fantasies, the frequency and why they should be embrace.

But regardless of the Lovehoney survey findings, one thing's clear: sexperts think a dirty dream is worth celebrating.

"Normalizing diversity in sexual fantasies allows us to set our minds at ease, to feel more confident exploring and communicating about our sexuality, and to experience more pleasure," said Dr. Justin Lehmiller, social psychologist and research fellow at the Kinsey Institute.

Sex dreams study

Lovehoney polled 2,000 Americans over the age of 18 to uncover specifics about their sex dreams, their frequency and so forth. Here's what they found.

How often we have sex dreams

Overall, 77% of those polled have experienced a sex dream (85% male, 75% female). It's most likely, particularly for the men surveyed, to experience this two to three times per week.
