The cosmetics store is celebrating the kissable holiday —mark your calendars, National Lipstick Day is tomorrow, June 29th—with a week-long sale where you can score $15 lipstick tubes and up to 30-percent off on your go-to brands. If that isn't fate telling us we're in need of a beauty shopping spree, we're not sure what is.
