Hailey Bieber swears by this Pat McGrath makeup hack to achieve her flawless, glazed glow—and it's so easy to recreate at home

Hailey Bieber has shared the ultimate beauty trick that she learned from the great Pat McGrath and turns out that it's actually very easy to achieve that famous no-makeup-makeup glow. 

When it comes to radiant 'glazed' skin, the Rhode founder knows what's up. So naturally, whenever we hear of a new addition—be it a product or hack—to Hailey's skincare routine or beauty arsenal, we do not walk, we run!  

So, when in her video for 'The Making of Rhode: Year One' she shared that she uses a certain foundation trick influenced by Pat McGrath—or as Hailey calls her 'mother'—we couldn't gatekeep.

Sharing a clip from the Rhode doc on TikTok, Hailey revealed that Pat McGrath rubs foundation in her hands first, before applying it to the face. 

She said: "Pat McGrath always had this thing where she would rub the foundation in the palm of her hands...she's mother, so we listen to anything she says."

This is something we've spied Hailey putting into practice for some time. In a recent TikTok GRWM in fact, we saw her pumping her foundation into the palm of her hand, before then taking a brush (the Hourglass brush to be more specific) and applying it to her skin. This method works to effectively warm up the foundation, so it blends into your skin seamlessly.

For her Harper's Bazaar 'Inside My Beauty Bag' video, Hailey revealed that she uses the Chanel Les Beiges foundation, which as mentioned, she mixed with her Rhode Glazing fluid after she applies her go-to NARS concealer. 

She also shared that she loves a 'less is more' approach with her makeup and prefers a thinner, more sheer look—which is ideal for summer.
