When it comes to Love Island, some find love and others find fame—but in the case of Molly-Mae Hague, she found both. The influencer turned worldwide superstar is arguably the most successful Love Islander ever. So here's everything you need to know about Molly-Mae, from her huge relationship update with Tommy Fury, to her enormously popular YouTube channel...

For those who missed Love Island season five, Molly entered as a bombshell—and while she did already have an online following ahead of entering the villa, by the time she left, her fame had skyrocketed—and she now has over 7 million Insta followers...

Since the villa, she’s landed brand deal after brand deal, been named Pretty Little Thing’s creative director, bought a house (more accurately a mansion) with boyfriend Tommy Fury, and welcomed her first baby, a little girl called Bambi! Yep, Molly and Tommy (who are one of the few Love Island couples still together) have been pretty busy.

And while that's already a tonne of intel, that’s not even half of it. So if you’re a mega Molly-Mae fan or want to catch up with her life post-Love Island—including her mega most recent life update—here’s everything you need to know…

Who is Molly-Mae and what is her job?

Molly-Mae, 24, is an influencer who starred in season five of Love Island in the summer of 2019, and bagged second place with the man she met in the villa, her boyfriend Tommy Fury. Since then, the pair have seen a whole lot of success—with Tommy resuming his boxing career post-villa, and Molly taking the fashion and beauty world by storm.

Following her time on Love Island, Molly-Mae has held quite a few jobs. Currently she’s both an Instagram influencer and YouTuber, and a business owner (having founded her own fake tan company Filter).

She was also previously PLT’s (Pretty Little Thing) Creative Director, a role she excitedly announced to fans in 2021 after multiple fashion collaborations. However, she stepped down from the £5 million ($6.4 million) a year gig in June of 2023, sharing that she wanted to spend more time with her baby daughter.

In a YouTube video explaining the news, she confessed, "Over the last few weeks, I have realised that I’m only going to get this time once with my first-born child and I’m only going to get Bambi being four months old once, and I feel like I’ve had to rearrange my life a little bit and lose some commitments that I did have."

As part of her previous work for PLT, she often designed clothing collections, and also modeled the clothes, meaning she was regularly flying to different locations for photoshoots.

But aside from this, Molly-Mae maintains a number of brand deals, including one with BeautyWorks—where she's brought out her very own line of hair products and tools.

Molly Mae and Tommy Fury's relationship—their latest exciting update

Molly-Mae and Tommy Fury have been going strong for over four years now, moving in together almost immediately after leaving the villa. And excitingly, they've just announced some totally lovely news about their relationship!

In an adorable, 30-second video on Instagram, Molly revealed that her man popped the question recently, proposing to her in a gorgeous cliff-top setting on 23 July of this year.

The proposal video sees an emotional Molly making her way down the cliff to Tommy, who is holding their now seven-month old baby Bambi, before getting down on one knee. We can't handle the cuteness!

Fans suspected that marriage bells were on the horizon for these two in May 2022, after Tommy responded to a fan during a Q&A who asked: "When is Molly getting that ring...I think it's time."

The boxer replied: "It was probably time about six months ago but it's coming very soon." And it did indeed!

In normal life, the pair are still very open about their relationship, with Molly updating followers on their journey together in her Insta stories and YouTube vlogs—and Tommy often making cameos in her videos.

Back in 2022, they revealed that they had also bought a house in Manchester together after a few years of living in apartments. Not only have they recently welcomed a baby, but they are also the proud parents of two adopted cats, Egg and Bread.

Molly-Mae's baby and pregnancy

Molly and Tommy announced the news that they were expecting a baby back in September 2022, with a joint video on Instagram, showing their Love Island speeches to each other ahead of the final.

Molly-Mae tells Tommy that she can't wait for their next 'adventures' before the video then cuts to the present day, with both Tommy and Molly holding her baby bump. *Our hearts!*

After sharing her first pregnancy vlog—where Molly revealed that she was around six months pregnant—she announced the gender of their baby in the cutest video. Popping a gender reveal balloon together, Tommy and Molly-Mae shared that they were having a baby girl, as pink confetti rained down over them—cute!

After documenting her entire pregnancy, the couple shared the cutest joint post of them holding their baby girl together in the hospital, revealing that she had arrived safely on 23 January, 2023—making her an Aquarius (aka a water sign!).

A few days after they announced the birth of their baby girl, the couple then shared her name, which is Bambi.

Molly posted a snap revealing that they'd chosen the name 'Bambi' for their baby (after the famous Disney deer) and shared a snap of her nursery with her name displayed in white, neon lights, along with a cuddly Bambi deer toy in view.

Since then, Molly-Mae has regularly shared adorable snaps and videos with their baby girl, revealing that the three of them have since gone on their first family trip to Athens, Greece, as well as a trip to Barbados for a friend's wedding. So sweet!

Molly-Mae and Tommy Fury's 'Love Island' journey

The famous Love Island couple have certainly been busy since their time on the show—but for those who need a little recap, we thought we'd take a look back at the journey of how Molly-Mae and Tommy met.

The couple met on season five of Love Island after Molly-Mae entered later on in the series as a bombshell. After Molly invited him on a first date to the Hideaway hot tub, Tommy was pretty much smitten with her—although Maura Higgins soon arrived to try and turn his head (funnily enough Molly and Maura are now best friends IRL).

It was during Maura’s flirtation with Tommy that one of the best Love Island memes was born, where Molly was spying on them through a fern.

After a few tense days, Tommy decided to stick with Molly, and then, of course, came Casa Amor…

In one of the most emosh and dramatic Love Island recouplings ever, both Tommy and Molly-Mae stayed loyal to one another. Who can forget a very anxious Tommy holding Molly’s cuddly toy EllyBelly while he stood at the firepit?! When she re-entered the villa to find that he was also alone, Molly broke down into tears before hurrying to hug and kiss him.

Though that wasn’t the end of their rollercoaster journey quit yet as Lucie Donlan then revealed that she liked Tommy too despite telling Molly that they were just friends. Tommy however told her he was only interested in Molly, and would be distancing himself from her.

Did Tommy and Molly win 'Love Island'?

Following their emotional Casa Amor reunion, things were pretty much smooth sailing for the pair after that—but the couple didn't actually win their series of the show.

Molly and Tommy finished in second place behind Amber Gill and Greg O’Shea. But despite not winning, the pair are the only couple from their season who are still together.

Molly-Mae's Instagram and YouTube

Along with her other ventures, Molly has a massive online platform, with 7.6 million Insta followers and 1.8 million YouTube subscribers. She’s also recently started a new Instagram for her home renovation called @mollymaison.

On her YouTube channel, she shares vlogs on her day-to-day life, as well as holiday and photoshoot vlogs, plus makeup routine and wardrobe videos.

And over on her Insta, you'll find adorable snaps of Molly and Bambi, family photos, stunning selfies, outfit pics, and image from her travels around the world.

Molly-Mae's beauty ventures

Though we all know her from her TV fame, Molly-Mae’s area of expertise is beauty and fashion—both before entering the Love Island villa, and after! The influencer shares regular sponsored posts in collaboration with beauty brands as well as sharing makeup tutorials on her socials. She even has her own fake tan company and beauty tool collection—which isn't surprising, given her continually on-point tan, hair and makeup!

Molly-Mae's fake tan company

Molly-Mae owns a fake-tan company called Filter which sells tanning drops, mousse, tanning mitts and even dressing gowns.

The tanning formulas claim to be naturally streak-free and act like a ‘real-life filter’ for all skin tones. So far, you can shop the brand directly from the website and from a number of brands, including ASOS, but only in the UK unfortunately.

Molly-Mae's plastic surgery—what has she said about it?

Since leaving the villa, Molly-Mae has also used her platform to document her journey with filler. The influencer became the target of online trolling after a photo of her jaw and lip filler went viral—which she now describes as a turning point.

Speaking on the Diary of a CEO podcast, Molly revealed that this was a big turning point for her: “I wouldn’t say I got addicted to it, but by the age of 21, I didn’t look like the same person. I literally looked like a different person. When I look back at the pictures now, I’m terrified of myself. I’m like, 'Who was that girl?' I don’t know what happened.

"But there was this one pivotal moment where I’d gone and got loads of filler and I posted a YouTube video and I hadn’t let the filler settle and it was really swollen and a screenshot from that video, it trended on Twitter for weeks. It was horrendous. It was utterly horrendous. My face was literally like, it was just awful. That was the moment for me as well where I was like, I think things need to change.”

Molly-Mae's lip and face are now filler-free, as the star got candid about wanting to get any and all work removed (even the composite bonding on her teeth), in order to embrace her natural face.

Though in her latest 'Glow Up' vlog, Molly did reveal that she may get her composite bonds redone after detailing how her composite edging keeps chipping.

 Molly-Mae's house, ‘Molly Maison’

Back in March 2022, Molly-Mae and Tommy bought their dream house in Manchester, which is reported to be a £4 million, six bedroom property, giving the couple, baby Bambi and their cats—Egg and Bread—plenty of room to enjoy their seriously glamorous home.

At the time, Molly revealed that they were doing a big renovation on their home, which appears to still be in progress as she and Tommy slowly do up each room of the property. She did however open up about the process being much harder than she thought it would be, and pleaded with fans to respect her privacy, after having a number of them driving to her home to meet her and take selfies.

If you want to keep up with all her home-reno updates you can catch vlogs on her YouTube and news on her ‘Molly-Maison’ account.
