We cannot wait...

It's the moment we've all been waiting for—the Casa Amor recoupling. While Love Island UK 2022 had already been quite intense, nothing prepared us for the past few days. Let's just say Georgia Steel would be very unhappy with this lot (#loyal...).

And there's great news for fans who can't wait for the drama. Not only has the episode been extended by an extra five minutes, but a source has also told The Sun newspaper (opens in new tab) that this will be one the best episodes of Love Island ever filmed. Yes, ever! They're suggesting that some of tonight's scenes will be added to the most memorable Love Island moments and judging by tonight's Love Island's First Look, they're not lying...

"It's one of the best episodes of Love Island ever filmed. It's really explosive—viewers will be shocked at how much drama kicks off tonight," a source said.

"There are tears, rows, heartbreak. In eight series, there has never been a more explosive show. Fans should cancel plans to stay in and watch—it's that good."

While that's a big statement, we would expect nothing less. Never has there been a Casa where the couples were less stable than this year, which made way for a lot of heads to turn after bombshells like Coco Lodge and Summer Botwe stepped into the villa.

At the moment, Gemma and Luca seem to be the only couple with a chance to win this year's edition, but we could still get a big surprise like we did last year (need a reminder? Here's who won Love Island UK 2021.)
