Somewhere in the social media universe, someone decided a Lana Del Rey Euphoria collaboration was in order.

Now that Euphoria season 2 has made its debut at long last, and fans have been fallen for cast members like Angus Cloud (a.k.a. Fez), predictions are swirling about what lies ahead for Rue and the people in her life.

The latest rumor to surface is that the beloved Blue Bannisters singer will join debut a new track on the January 23 episode. Given the fact that the songstress is known for her moody aesthetic, we can't say we're surprised.

Is a Lana Del Rey 'Euphoria' collab in the works?

According to one of the singer's fan pages, she will indeed be blessing our ears with a gloomy new track. Though skeptical of its developments, fans are still crossing their fingers for the perfect mash-up.

My Imperfect Life has reached out to reps at HBO Max to confirm but did not hear back at the time of publication.

Until we know for certain whether or not Miss Lizzy Grant (Del Rey) will make a vocal appearance, you can keep busy with the Euphoria playlist for season 1. It's a combination of your current favorite artists—Beyoncé, Migos, Doja Cat—and throwbacks, from Missy Elliot to The Chordettes.

Plus, the original pieces by Labrinth, who blends a variety of genres, perfectly accompany the show's tone—even Zendaya thinks so.

"Even now when I listen to the Euphoria soundtrack, it’s such an emotional experience," she told Interview. "There are songs I have to skip because it’s too much.”

You can catch new episodes of Euphoria and Rue's latest happenings (and possibly a Lana Del Rey tune!) on Sundays at 9pm on HBO Max.
