Is Tom Holland going to make a 'Euphoria' cameo? Fans think they've spotted him

'Listen, I have been petitioning for this for a long time,' Tom Holland confessed

So...what's going on with that Tom Holland Euphoria cameo? It's no secret that Spider-Man is dying to join the ranks of the HBO hit, but has he already made an appearance?

Eagle-eyed fans seem to believe they've spotted the British actor in Euphoria Season two, more specifically, episode seven. But the role is somewhat unexpected: an audience member in Lexi's play. Could it be?!

Lexi's love interest, Fez is nowhere to be found in the audience—the question "Does Fezco die in Euphoria?" has been making the rounds on newsfeeds—yet there's Peter Parker in the flesh, or a doppelgänger at the very least.

One fan posted the alleged evidence on Twitter and said: "not tom holland sitting in the crowd watching the play😭."

Holland has made no bones about his desire to be a part of the team. The actor told IMDB: "Listen, I have been petitioning for this for a long time and it has not happened yet and I'm very disappointed. I must have come to visit [the set] 30 times."

Perhaps that commitment paid off? Take a look and judge for yourself.

Another asked a very good question: "IS THAT ACTUALLY TOM HOLLAND IN EUPHORIA HOW DID LEXI BOOK HIM?"

Interestingly enough, when Holland sat down for a q&a with BuzzFeed—and some adorable puppies—he hinted that perhaps he's already landed a role in the show.

"I visited a lot while they were shooting it and I really, really enjoyed it,” he told the outlet. “I would love to guest star or just be an extra in it. Or maybe I am and you just don’t know.”

SOMEONE GO TAKE A CLOSE LOOK AT THE CREDITS!

Tom Holland 'Euphoria' cameo: what does Zendaya think?

Considering Tom Holland and Zendaya work so well together on-screen and off, we really aren't surprised that the directors (allegedlly) gave the actor a shot on the teen drama series. Ahead of the 2022 season 2 premiere, Zendaya spoke to Access Hollywood about her fella's desire to make a cameo on her HBO hit.

"He keeps talking about it," she says. "Maybe we can get him in the background of a shot eventually, but he definitely came by [the set]."

Hmm...did she drop a few hints?!

Speaking more about the drama series on Access Hollywood, Zendaya added: “Listen, we need all the support we can get this season.”

In mid-2021 while the show was still in production, the actress shared Euphoria updates and revealed that Rue and co. won't necessarily have it easy this go-around.

"It's gonna be hard and it's gonna be devastating sometimes, but I think Rue really deserves all of that care when it comes to her character," she told Teen Vogue

As for her beau, we'll keep our fingers crossed that he gets his desired time in the spotlight, hopefully more than just an extra during Lexi's play!

The Euphoria season 2 finale will take place on February 27 at 9pm ET/6pm PT on HBO Max.
