Smart Storage and vanity units

Topping the list are actually two very practical bathroom accessories: smart storage and vanity units. According to the data, 81% of TikTok renovators have added vanity units to their bathrooms, and a whole lot of storage.

Nothing says chic quite like a minimal, clutter-free bathroom sink, and a vanity unit that perfectly displays all your lotions and potions.

Think how luxurious your skincare routine will feel with a new mirror and all your aesthetic products neatly stored. Plus storage doesn’t need to be expensive, just a cute shelf or colored crate will do the job.

Biophilic designs

Next on the trend list is ‘biophilic design’ which means creating a space that connects you with nature, like plant patterned tiles, hints of green, or lots of plants decorating the space.

If you’ve ever wanted an outdoor shower but live somewhere cold, or a holiday isn’t on the cards, just fill the room with greenery and tropical plants and you’ll feel at one with nature. Plants also help the space look effortlessly aesthetic, even if you don’t change anything else.

Black taps

If you’re wanting an easy but impactful change to your bathroom, black taps are the way to go. According to TikTok they’re very in right now and are the perfect minimal accent to create a stylish statement.

Plus they don’t show smudges and grime like silver and bronze.

Walk in showers

Walk-in showers are also very trendy, according to Drench we spend up to half an hour a day in the bathroom, so it makes sense that we want them to be relaxing and aesthetic spaces.

Walk-in showers do just that, they create the feeling of space and give your bathroom a spa-like, modern feel.

Rainfall showerheads

If you're already a fan of this TikTok famous showerhead, you'll love rainfall showerheads.

First of all, they're dreamy. Usually circular, the large showerheads coat you in warm water and will transport you to a tranquil waterfall, or make you feel like you're outside in a warm, heavenly-smelling rainstorm. Perfect for when you’re singing your heart out to Adele or pretending to be in your own music video.
