With the Love Island 2023 final now behind us—and Kai and Sanam crowned the winning couple—when is the Love Island reunion 2023 exactly? Here's everything you need to know about the dramatic and often very awkward catch-up show—from who will attend, to what date to mark on your calendar to make sure you don't miss it.

While the last eight weeks of winter Love Island weren't lacking in the drama department, the reunion episode always promises to provide some rather tense and cringeworthy moments for the Islanders—especially with the cast having time between the final and the reunion to watch back their time in the villa for themselves...

In fact, we already got a taste of this between Will, Jessie and Casey on the last instalment of Love Island: Aftersun, with Maya Jama rolling the tapes on some of Casey's comments about Jessie, which he had denied in the villa—awks!

We also usually get a glimpse of what the cast members have been up to since they got home, as well as a further insight into how their relationships are faring outside of the villa. So before we start getting excited about summer Love Island 2023, what can we expect from this winter Love Island reunion 2023 extravaganza—and when will it hit our TV screens?

Everything you need to know about the 'Love Island' reunion 2023

While each of the best Love Island UK seasons always deliver some very memorable moments and of course, some of the best memes, the reunion show is often just as entertaining.

The special sees all the Islanders reunite after a week of being back in reality and away from the villa—and let's just say, the contestants always come with receipts. If you've missed any of the dramatic season 9 scenes, be sure to watch Love Island UK before you tune in!

When is the 'Love Island' reunion 2023?

The reunion will air on Sunday, March 19 from 9pm to 10:35pm GMT (an hour and a half of drama? Yes please!), so mark it on your calendars, folks!

The show will be hosted by Maya, with her Aftersun panelists Indiyah Polack and Sam Thompson also likely to appear.

What to expect from the 'Love Island' Reunion

The reunion sees all the Islanders reconvene after a week of being back in the real world once again (Casa Amor Islanders included!) and will see them discuss some of the biggest dramas and fallouts that went down during their time in the villa.

As far as we know, all of the Islanders are scheduled to be at the reunion, with no last-minute drop-outs announced as of yet. Fans will remember that last year, one of the series' most controversial contestants, Jacques O'Neill, declined to appear.

The episode promises to be far more dramatic than that of the Aftersun post-dumping interviews or Movie Night, as all the entire crew will have been able to re-watch some of the more tense episodes for themselves—likely revealing a lot of interesting conversations from their fellow islanders. Every year the cast seem to forget that what they say in the villa never stays in the villa, especially where the reunion show is concerned...

Often, Islanders will have confrontations with people they didn't exactly get along with during their time in the villa on the reunion show, with lots of them using it as an opportunity to air any *ahem* grievances.

In fact, former contestant Anna-May Robey told the Mirror that she's expecting things to get a little heated. She explained, "I'm so excited to see everyone at the reunion next week, maybe things could change.

"I feel like a few things might be said, or some things might kick off in the reunion. Especially if we've got a little bit of an afterparty."

And as mentioned, we'll also get an update on which of the Love Island couples are still together from the series and how their time outside of the villa has been so far. It's likely that this year, as was the format last year, Maya will interview all four of the final couples to catch up on their post-villa journeys specifically.

So, amongst all the drama, we'll hopefully see plenty of sweet moments too!

Where can you buy 'Love Island reunion tickets?

If you want a front-row seat to all the reunion drama, you can find tickets at Applause Store but be quick, availability is limited!

The episode is filmed at the BBC Elstree Studios in the UK and if you get tickets, you should be able to see all of winter Love Island 2023's cast IRL!

So, while we've still got a fair few months to wait until the next Love Island UK, you can rest assured that you'll still be able to get your fix of the good stuff during the Love Island reunion 2023, to tide you over!
