We've been wondering for months what's going on between Kyle and Deepti.

After the Love is Blind season two cast members left the show spouseless, many fans took notice of their blossoming friendship. Then, on the Love is Blind reunion, Kyle admitted he should have married Deepti—a rather frank reveal, don't you think?

A TikTok video of the two later emerged in 2022, signaling that something was brewing. Well, it quite literally took months—and Love Is Blind: After the Altar season 2—to know where they stand, but alas, we finally have an answer.

For those who have yet to catch up with the Netflix show, Kyle and Deepti formed a connection in the pods, but Kyle ended up on one knee for Shaina Hurley—while Deepti said yes to Abhishek “Shake” Chatterjee. Needless to say, neither realtionship worked out.

Kyle and Shaina called their engagement quits after struggling with differing views on religion, and Queen Deepti iconically said "I don’t" to Shake after learning that he did not find her attractive. It seemed as though Kyle and Deepti's respective quests for love had come to an end...until they turned their attention towards each other!

Then as the rumor mill began to spin, we were treated to this now-viral TikTok video of the pair out and about in Chicago.

Then there was the whole Coachella hangout that really got everyone talking. And we'll admit, even After the Altar season 2 left us a bit puzzled: the two were looking very close and even decided to take their relationship to the next level, solidifying it with a hug and a kiss on Kyle's apartment balcony.

However, fans noticed the two have been unusually silent on social media. Did this mean things didn't pan out? Once After the Altar hit Netflix on September 16, that's when the two decided to speak for themselves and control their personal narrative.

Are Kyle and Deepti dating?

In an exclusive interview with People, Kyle noted, "I put so much pressure on myself because I was like, 'I don't want this to fail.' I was hesitant to jump in for that reason because she was my best friend. And if it doesn't work out, you kind of lose the friendship."

There was some serious hesidating going on, and fans were relieved to learn that it looks like the two pulled through. Are they joining the ranks alongside Lauren and Cameron, proving that Love Is Blind couples are still together?

Shortly after the September 16 After the Altar premiere—and fans believing it was a go for Kyle and Deepti—bad news surfaced.

"I understand many of you are curious as to where Deepti and I stand today," Kyle wrote on Instagram. "Since After the Alter was filmed, we had decided to go our separate ways in early summer. Thank you to everyone who has followed our journey through arduous vulnerability and has supported us along the way."

Deepti put up a message of her own.

"Kyle and I are now walking different paths and are no longer together," she wrote on Instagram. "We couldn’t share these memories over the past year so sharing them now. Thank you all for your continued love and support."

Although they did not comment on their status—whether or not they remain friendly—they appear to be embarking on different adventures. Kyle has a new relationship,  though he's keeping things mum, and Deepti is now an author. Snag a copy of her book, I Choose Myself
