It turns out that Bling Empire's Yasmine Tanres is actually pretty famous

If you’ve already binge-watched the long-awaited Bling Empire season two, you will know that we saw a lot of new faces. From a cameo from Paula Abdul to a potential new love interest for Kevin Kreider, Yasmine Tanres. But turns out she's actually pretty famous outside of the Netflix show!

It’s easy to forget that the friends of the Bling Empire cast must have their own claim to fame—because how else would they be acquainted with such an exclusive circle? Kelly Mi Li’s close friend is no exception to this.

We were first introduced to her in episode three ‘Adieu ma Cherie’ where she shared some flirtation with the show's bachelor, Kevin Kreider—much to Kim Lee’s dismay (Kim and Kevin's relationship is a massive will-they-won't-they storyline), who was his love interest this season. Yasmine even went as far as feeling his bicep, a classic move.

However, despite her fleeting appearance, it seems she is actually main character material, with her own very impressive career!

Who is Yasmine Tanres from 'Bling Empire'? 

Yasmine is an on-air TV host, commercial model and multi-media journalist. She has worked as a reporter for the likes of FabTV and PopFuzion TV and even co-created and hosted ‘Talking TED Talks’. She's also currently a Field Correspondent for Owning a Piece of America broadcast on Spectrum News 1—quite the résumé!

On Instagram, she has over 11 thousand followers and of course, attended the Bling Empire premiere.  

So, it’s safe to say we have high hopes for her to become a regular on the show—or at least make another cameo in Bling Empire season three. Plus since Kevin and Kim didn’t work out, maybe romance could be on the cards too?

She is clearly close with the cast, with cute snaps with both Kelly and Kane Lee featured throughout her Instagram feed. 

We’ve even spied her in a picture with Selling Sunset’s Brett Oppenheim. Maybe she’ll even make an appearance on Selling Sunset season six!
