Our time at the villa is winding down, and the Love Island final 2022 is here. (We're not entirely sure how we're going to manage without it, but we digress...)
This season gifted us with plenty of indulgences: Casa Amor Week and Movie Night, to name a few. Plus, it was a great opportunity to revive our capsule wardrobes: Gemma's sunglasses inspired plenty of copycat purchases, and our Love Island sliders have become the ultimate summer staple.
But now it's time to get down to business: who will win Love Island 2022? We have to put on our thinking caps and see who brings home the big bucks...and who sadly walks away with a broken heart.
Are you ready for the last hoorah? Let's go!
How to watch the 'Love Island' final 2022:
Watch the 'Love Island' final in the UK:
Like the rest of this season's episodes, UK-based fans can watch the Love Island final on ITV2 or via the ITV hub (opens in new tab).

Watch the 'Love Island' final outside the UK:
Just because you are not in the show's filming location does not mean you need to miss out on the dramatics, so no need to panic!
If you're wondering how to watch Love Island as all the drama, style and romance wraps up, all you have to do is purchase a VPN (opens in new tab). We recommend Express VPN (opens in new tab), the best service according to our colleagues at TechRadar. Turn it on using a UK location and head to the ITV Hub. Voila!
A VPN is a handy piece of software that allows you to browse anonymously, and change your IP address so your mobile, computer, or laptop thinks it's in another location. That means you can watch your favorite show, film or TV event—from anywhere in the world.
How to watch Love Island UK using a VPN:
- Purchase a VPN (opens in new tab); we recommend Express VPN (opens in new tab)
- Turn on VPN (opens in new tab) using a UK location
- Head to ITV hub and watch the explosive Love Island final live

'Love Island' final: Live updates
Of course, we're glued to our TVs tonight—just like you. (Where else would we be?)
Should you get up for a quick bathroom break or to refill your snack bowl, do be sure to turn to our Love Island final live updates, where we'll be dishing out the news as it all unfolds. No need to thank us!
In case you were wondering, Love Island voting is currently open at the time of publication, so hop to it if you're truly invested in the couples. (If you need some convincing allow us to tell you Why Ekin-Su is exactly the Love Island contestant we needed to see on our screens.)
Last year's season saw Millie Court and Liam Reardon take the win (although they have recently broken up). It makes you wonder which couples will last when it comes to life and love outside of the villa.
When is the 'Love Island' final 2022?
When is the Love Island UK 2022 final? The highly anticipated event is scheduled to take place on Monday, August 1 at 9pm BST. The last episode will be an extended edition, with a run time of an hour and a half.
With seven more episodes running from July 25 until August 1, that puts this season at 49 episodes total. Talk about loads of romantic drama!
Want even more Love Island goodness? Just look across the pond: Love Island USA season 4 is underway, and it's definitely the steamiest adventure to date.
Currently, new episodes air Tuesdays through Sundays at 9pm ET on Peacock, though the streaming service has yet to confirm the show's final run. If our calculations from past seasons are correct, Love Island USA will close out some time at the end of August.
If you need another new reality show once Love Island wraps up, turn to the stars: Cosmic Love, Amazon Prime's new dating series, is a must for those who are in tune with the zodiac.
